Location is great, staffs are nice.

The bed in the fan room is slightly uncomfortable but still okay considering the price of the room.

We didnt get the room we booked. We got upgraded but it still wasnt the room we booked..we called booking.com. we photographed a letter sent to the property from booking .com. the letter completely lied about our concerns. So it was very difficult to ascertain who was at fault, the property or booking.com. so my recommendation would be not to book thru booking.com

Location is good

Bed is too small, toilet has no bidet or even heater, the room is very basic and not at all worth the price i paid for it. The room also has a window that cannot be closed and there is a mini ramen shop in front of it. It was very noisy and my only divider to the outside is a very thin curtain.

We booked a double fan room. Advertised as coming with a private WC and flatscreen TV. It didnt come with either. The small single shower room and small single toilet room were shared with 3 other tourist rooms and a staff room. No TV. When we checked in I said to the lady it was advertised with a private bathroom. In response she just pulled a stupid face and shrugged. She then just told me to take it up with Booking.com. Booking.com can only advertise as good as the information they are given. And they obviously DONT get accurate information from this place. This place does not care that their advertising is a lie. The room looked NOTHING like the rooms given on the photos on Google maps or the photos on Booking.com. The room we got got was very basic. Gaps in the walls and roof and no mosquito net to protect against bugs. As a result we killed big cockroaches in our room and picked up about 8 mosquito bites during our stay. We wanted to use the shower after a full day out doing tourist stuff and having dinner. The shower light wasn't working. It was pitch black and couldn't see. We asked them to fix it. The man said he couldn't because 'maintenance has gone home.' He suggested to take shower in the toilet instead. The toilet stank by this time and does not have a shower in it! I asked for a bulb and fixed it myself. We asked for the WiFi code. Was told that wasn't possible because the man had a poorly hand. He hadn't just injured it, it wasn't an emergency. Eventually I think even HE knew that was ridiculous, so he gave us the WiFi code later. That proved to be a waste of time though as the WiFi was useless, it didn't work. The shower smelled of urine every time I used it. On the morning we checked out loud hammering started at 8am direct below our heads while we slept. To be fair - when I asked them to stop and wait an hour they did. There are many places to stay in this area.

we were given a different room since the room we were supposed to stay in was under construction. Thus, there was a lot of noise during the day. In the case of value for money, you will find better accommodation with same price.

they let us check in very late, around 9pm, for no extra cost

even though they let us do a late check in, they provided us with a totally different room because “it was already very late and the other rooms were given to the earlier guests”
