Room was clean and bed confortable

Location : as per booking.com hotel located 300 m from the beach in a quiet zone. In fact, hotel located on McArthur highway and far from the beach (need a car or tricycle to go to the beach). House Keeping : room was not cleaned up to 5pm and to request at the reception to the bed and to change the towels. On top of this, toilet cover was broken and, in spite of our requests, nothing has been done. Breakfast: we got a buffet only on first day with good choice. The following days, no buffet available and had to request at the counter. Parking : largely used by people not staying in hotel and hard to find a space.

Breakfast was great with nice selection and variety. The staff were friendly, helpful and hospitable. Hotel location was just beside the national highway; easy access to public transport.

There was no hot shower. Our room was missed to be made up for a day even though the make up room sign was posted. A little pricey as compared to others with the same or superior facilities.

Rooms are clean, modern, and have all the essentials. The swimming pool is big and great for exercising.

Breakfast is very unhealthy for a fitness center. The place is OK but highly overpriced, just like all accommodations in the Philippines

I commend the efficiency and dedication of most of the work force. Most of the staff were very polite/courteous and very professional.

There were very few food selection on their restaurant’s menu. Most of those in the menu ran out of stock. The seafood pasta I ordered was very salty. It included three small slices of sausage > in a seafood pasta?

- Location is good because it’s near the vicinity of Urbiztondo Beach, where all the people flock to. Although it’s not beachfront property, they make it up for providing a shuttle service (7am to 7pm) that can bring you to anywhere which is useful because parking near the beach is very limited with some being expensive (i.e. Park & Surf which you pay Php150 to park) - The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. - I was not able to try their facilities (i.e. Gym, Pool) due to our limited stay there, but by looking at it and from how a lot of people are using it, it’s maintained properly and clean.

It may be only limited to my room (along the 3rd flr) but it’s still worth mentioning: - The shower head does not work properly. You can’t isolate the water flow to the shower head so both that and the lower faucet turns on when you use it. - Wifi is very weak in the room. The hotel offers free wifi to its guests. Unfortunately, the signal is weak in the room that you can connect to it no matter how many times you try to restart it. I informed reception about it but it seems that they can’t do anything about it. Management should invest more in improving it.

Found the property easily, which is right next to the main highway. The hotel location and its amenities were very convenient for us as we were traveling with my Mother on a wheelchair. The staff were efficient, friendly and resolves any inconveniences promptly.

The gym above our rooms and the barbells thrown at the floor, while trying to put my kid between 8pm to 9pm, were such a nuisance and almost an awful experience. The hotel should mention this to expected guests to avoid unnecessary surprises. The elevator could use a fan or exhaust and a good cleaning.

When we arrived, the breakfast the next morning was buffet. ok food.

However, succeeding morning was a set plate. Reason given was that not all rooms were booked.

The bed and sheets are very comfortable. The staff were super friendly and accmmodating. We are defintely happy with the service of this hotel. They have different facilities for workout, as well as classes like yoga, swimming, zumba, etc.

When there is a class at the top floor, you can hear the stomping in the room, but it wasn't loud.
