Everything was great - location, clean rooms, cheap

From other reviews, I was expecting a terrible place, but it was quite a positive experience. Obviously, for the price range, it's not a Hilton, still was confortable. The room, although not too big, it has well painted orange walls, and wi-fi was solid. The bathroom was in good conditions. It's only a few blocks from the main square

There is no signs outside to identify the presence of the hostel. So it's better to ask the owner for a picture of the entrance, otherwise it's easy to miss the entrance. Although, calls itself as "Hostal", it's more an "Hospedaje". That is there is no common area to meet fellow travellers. Other guests, were using the Hostal as a love motel.

No running water, no one on reception to let you in when needed. Terrible prison-like atmosphere. People ringing incessantly all night to get in but no one on reception to let them in. This room was uninhabitable and brings shame on Booking.com that it was even on the website. Worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in and it’s not even close.

Staff let us leave bags, spacious room and nice ensuite. Good WiFi. Hostal close to bus stations.

Not very far from the Bus Terminal, it surrounded by restaurants and shops. Price was good for the room we had. Clean and comfy room.

It was a bit tricky found the place because not sign from outside so we asked to local people when around the location of the Gps. The reception looks like a jail because of all the grids but the staff were friendly. The only weird things so we couldn't pay with credit card and when we asked to pay with USD the rate was not fair so you can just pay with local cash.
