The location was close to down tone Anchorage, 15 minute walk-yes, walk!

The unit is located on the lower floor of a home that was converted into apartments. Our stay was great until another group arrived for the upstairs unit. The noise separation was not good and that was a problem.

Convenience to town and ease of access to nearby locations. Fully self contained unit/apartment, very neat and inviting.

Leaving

Everything was clean, the location is perfect, close to the airport and downtown. And has a Sauna with a washer & dryer.

No complaint’s at all.

Location, size

The apartment is located within walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants, etc. This apartment was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable. It was excellent, and we would stay there again.

There was no bath soap— only a hand soap dispenser in the bathroom, so we had to go out and purchase bath soap for bathing immediately upon arrival. This is a trivial thing, but the owner might want to consider stocking small bars of bath soap or small bottles of bath gel as the hotels do. We travel often and widely, and this was the first time ever (in vacation rentals or hotels) that we have not had bath soap provided, thus based on previous experience, we didn’t pack any.

It was very comfortable and quiet. Good location

It needed a little bit more cleaning. There was stuff left behind under the bed. Behind the bathroom door was dirty. A lot of light bulbs burned out. I thought the laundry room and the sauna was in the apartment but it was located in a shared room for use by all three apartments. Inside fridge. Was dirty.
