Beautiful hotel and pool. Has an awesome shuttle that brings you to town and to the beach. I booked my island hopping as well and it was great! Super friendly staff very clean and quiet would definitely stay here again and wish I had extra nights

I wish there was a little more time with the shuttle. Maybe a 830 am to town and maybe an 9 PM away to give time for dinner but early enough for those people who don’t wanna stay out all night. Or 8pm from lio. That way one could enjoy their food a little bit longer after the 630 sunset

The whole property and rooms were very clean, modern and worth pictures. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us out at any time. There was a free pickup from the airport. Breakfast was compared to others quite good, could be a little bit more western maybe. I would definitely stay here again!!

The property is far away from the city up on a hill in the nature (12 min by scooter) but we knew that. We had a scooter so it was not that big of a deal for us. The free shuttle just drives every approx 3 hours… Breakfast was good, but a lot of things (coffee, salad, deserts,…) were empty if you came after 8 am and staff didn’t refill them, so this should be improved for sure…

It was clean, had a great pool. Staff was really nice and helpful. Free water fountains outside.

There were weird sewer and weed smells outside and at the breakfast nook.

Slight sewer smell from the bathroom and rooms are a bit tired. The first shuttle to el Nido town is too late to get to the Tours in time since most of them ask you to be there at 8AM.

Este hotel es de lo mejor, ubicación, instalaciones, personal, todo excelente, el restaurante es muy muy bueno. A pocos minutos del centro de El Nido , con conexión permanente a todos los sitios.El spa es superior, los masajes increíbles. Volveré !!!!!

Don't do your laundry here unless you want to be ripped off. Find someone down the road to do it. Cost us 1500 pesos for less than 5kilos and that's after we complained. Originally was over 2000 pesos. Anywhere else we stayed it was onky 150 per kilo. We had to battle to get the price down. Still not happy with what we paid, staff made us nearly feel guilty for asking. That's more than we would pay in Ireland and we thought Ireland was expensive. They need to seriously fix this.

Charlie's El Nido was the perfect location. All the staff were friendly and welcomed you with a smile. They provide a free shuttle service to the airport, Lio Beach, and town. Lio Beach was a great place to chill out and swim in the ocean. Charlie's El Nido has 2 nice smaller swimming pools to have a dip to cool off from the hot sunny weather and lounge around under umbrellas when there's a bit of rain. The bar and restaurant are steps away to order drinks and food. We did eat at the hotel a few times, but we prefer venturing out to try local places to eat. Just a walk down the road is a great little restaurant 86'd Gourmet Cafe and Bar. All the food was really good. Burgers, Nasi Goreng, and Pad Thai were so yummy. Town is not far away with lots of different restaurants. Highly recommend sunset viewing for cocktails at Piece of Sky, which is on the top floor of the H Hotel with gorgeous views.

Beautiful hotel. Staffs all very nice and friendly. We arrived in hotel way earlier than our checking time but they were kind enough to store our luggage and even dropped them in our room whilst we explore the town. Resort was bit out of the town but fortunately they have shuttle regularly that take u to and from the main town. also, they have airport shuttle too which was only 10 mins away free of charge. Their breakfast was amazing too. overall, we enjoyed our stay there.

Everything was very Well organized. The room was extremely comfortabel. Location was perfect. Great shuttle service. Great place for a relaxing holiday. We are definately coming back to this hotel!

Breakfast could be organized better, more options and quicker refill if things run out of stock.

SUPER THUMBS UP FOR THAT GESTURE!!!!! EVERY HOTEL SHOULD BE AS CARING AND PROTECTIVE AS THAT, WE WILL POSITIVELY ENDORSE THIS HOTEL TO OUR FRIENDS AND HUNDREDS OF STO. THE BED, THE FOOD & THE STAFF.

Breakfast buffet and the quality of the food was amazing. Staff were very friendly and smiling all the time. Great to have the filtered water machines to fill up the water bottles. Shuttle bus into town was great. Lovely comfy bed and good air con.

This hotel is located outside the town which is great if you don't like the busy center. The hotel provides a shuttle and you can discuss the frequency that could be better. The rooms are really good (we had a premier room) but a bit noisy if the room is near the street. Breakfast is very good and as well asian or european/american. Also a fine swimming pool. If you want to book a tour, the woman at the reception will fix this with a big smile.

We were quite tired when we arrived and found the room not well cleaned. Room service came immediately to fix the issues. The following days everyting was perfectly cleaned.

First I received room not far from the kitchen and I have to stay there for one night because of hotel was fully booked,but next day I was moved to another room ..and I didn’t smell a think anymore

Beautiful hotel. The best place we stayed over the course of our month long trip. The room were not large but it was more than adequate. Nice bathroom and amenities. Drying rack was so helpful (I had to ask for one after seeing in other rooms). The refillable glass bottles was a great service. Beautiful pool area. Great gym. We are in the restaurant and it was reasonably price and delicious. Breakfast buffet was good. Friendly staff. Good value for money too. EL Nido is not cheap and places like the Funny Lion are a lot more expensive than Charlie’s. I loved this place.

It was out of town (which made it lovely and quiet). They have a free shuttle but like most shuttles the timetable often doesn’t work. A tricycle was 300php each way (which adds up). If you have a scooter, obviously this is not an issue.
