This place was beautiful. Although the pictures are nice, seeing it in person was even more beautiful. Great location. Easy access to airport and activities. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. I hope if I come back to the area that it is available. Kitchen very well stocked. Host very responsive and knowledgeable. Loved it!

Two couples stayed for 3 days and loved the property! It was spotless and vey comfortable. We loved the private backyard and decided to stay in for dinner to grill 2 of 3 nights, which is very unusual for our group! Check in and out was seamless and super easy. We definitely recommend this rental!

A group of us decided to stay over in Miami after a 5 day cruise. We got off the boat exhausted and received a message from the host saying the property was available and we could arrive at anytime! That was so appreciated as we made it around 11:30 that morning. How pleasant it was to walk into a beautiful, clean and well maintained home with beverages and snacks provided for us! Top notch, world class service and amenities! We had everything we needed to cook meals as well as detergent to wash clothes! Will definitely recommend to friends and family and stay again! Thank you for being a super host!!!

The house was exactly as described. Everything was set up perfectly, it was spacious enough for our large group. The outdoors area was so nice. The hot tub and patio was well kept and comfortable. All the beds, towels, and kitchen set up made it very convenient. The snacks upon check in was a very nice touch! There was a minor issue trying to get into the house one night, and though it was very late, Luis responded immediately and fixed the issue.

Our group of 6 women from PA attended the wedding of our friends son in Miami. We decided to rent on VRBO- wanting the kitchen and some space to relax. We did not rent a car. This home was perfect. Very clean. Equipped in the kitchen for making breakfast. We were able to walk to a grocery store, liquor store-and found an awesome bakery! We were less than 10 minutes from the venue and an Uber ride to the airport and our friend’s house near Fort Lauderdale. It’s a busy area, right near the highway but that also made it convenient to get where we wanted to go. Thank you Luis and Leo. It’s a comfortable space inside with a lovely outdoor area to enjoy.

Super cute house with a well maintained backyard. More than enough space for our group of six. Less than 10 min drive to campus and within walking distance of several area shopping/restaurant areas.

Cute, comfortable home with a nice backyard and a hot tub. We really appreciated the snacks provided by the hosts. The only issue we had was with outside noise. The back of the house is not far from a busy (commercial?) street and 1 night there was loud music all night. Other than that, I highly recommend this home.

Second time that we have stayed here. Love it even more this time. Always clean, modern and comfortable. Beautiful backyard, serene experience. Kitchen is perfect and we always make breakfast and dinner when we stay. Living space is comfortable and hot tub is fabulous. Perfect host as well. Location is great for us, very close to UM and the Watsco Arena.

Plenty of room for our family when we stayed for UM graduation. The back yard was a nice retreat in the evening. Lots near by as far as food and grocery. Maybe 15 mins from UM if you’re planning on anything with the school. Definitely would recommend!

We just loved the place. It was all that we were hoping for. Immaculately clean and inviting. Location was close to the event in Coconut Grove. All in all, I would rate this a real gem.

We had a very enjoyable vacation and are really happy with Luis and Leo’s property. The house was clean, comfortable and in a perfect location. We were really happy with the short commute downtown and the fast food and grocery stores right around the corner. If we come back to Miami we would definitely love to stay here again.

Amazing! After long day of travel with elderly parents coming in to this home was a delight! Beautiful and clean. Decor is perfect for Miami and location was pretty good to down town access. Traffic was terrible. Very well stocked and nice hot tub too We would highly recommend

Perfect place to stay for us, close to UM, well decorated, great kitchen, we cooked dinner every night. Loved the hot tub and the back yard. Easy check in process, no problems. Very comfortable place. Loved staying there. Peaceful.

This home is perfect. It was everything we wanted it to be and met all expectations for our trip. Luis was also a wonderful host who kept in touch and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this rental for families or small groups.

Was in town for family wedding in coral gables and 6 of us stayed at the house. The House was beautiful! (Is bigger and prettier than photos.)Very clean, well equipped, comfortable. Walking distance to strip mall with very good super market, liquor store, great take out chicken place, Italian market, Bliss beauty salon :best manicure I ever had and good place for blowout l - very good prices & wonderful staff. Walking distance to outdoor bar and nice little park. 3 car rental places also walking distance from house. We saved $100 by renting locally instead of airport. Note you must return to same location during operating hours. Uber $20-$40 from airport depending on traffic etc. owners couldn’t be nicer and helpful. We will return just to stay in this house!!

This house was perfect for my friends and I. Not only was it beautiful on the outside but the inside was absolutely spotless. Luis answered all my questions I had and even gave us recommendations on places to go. This is the perfect little get away house and I would definitely stay at this property again!

The rental property was awesome! There was a group of us and ALL the ladies loved the decor and the ambience especially w it having a private clean hot tub! The owner was very kind! Got a chance to meet his partner at checkin and he was super cool as well! The time spent was nothing short of amazing! Conveniently located in South Miami and about 12 mins from the airport! No major concerns and several amenities available at our disposal! Great stay! We will be back and I will be sending clients your way!

The property was in a wonderful location. Everything was near by. Luis was a wonderful host who responded very quick to our questions. We would definitely rent this property again.

I had several questions before arriving and the owner answered every one quickly and detailed. The owner Luis let us know he was going to be away, but his partner Leo greeted us. Both were friendly and Leo let us know to contact him with any questions or concerns. Walking in the door was amazing, this place is decorated beautifully and had everything you needed, just bring your food & you’re set. All kinds of stores & restaurants are near by. We were even welcomed with complimentary drinks & snacks. I would definitely recommend this place!

The property was immaculate. Everything was as pictured if not better. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was nice. Ample shopping near the house. The host was accommodating as well. All in all this was the perfect getaway. I would most definitely stay here again. Thanks Luis.
