The location was convenient to UM and South Miami shops & restaurants.

Besides location...everything. The staff wasn't friendly, things in the room were broken in the room. lumpy pillows, no blankets.

The bathtub had a whole at the bottom. There was a leak and there was plenty of roaches me and my kids was itching from the bedding

Hotel was old and worn. Towels were wet and dirty. No bed pillows only throw pillows on the bed

Location. List price.

Phone in room was not working. Reported it and was told that maintenance would come and fix it. At checkout time maintenance still had not come. Main Elevator closed for upgrade (there were other elevators working). Tried calling hotel. Nobody answered call. Multiple unexpected charges. Resort fee. Garage fee. They should include total required fees in the price.

It was convenient for the price They do surprise you with wanting a $100 deposit

When I 1st checked in the 1st stuffed lady was really cool 😎 but after her, everything else went downhill... The sign says it's $30 for late check out which I want that paying 50 bucks false advertisement🤦🏽‍♀️ The staff kept knocking on my door calling my room phone and being pretty rude when I did answer calling me out of my name they made me so uncomfortable I got up and left immediately and I will never return back to that place a total waste of my money it was a Young Brown skin guy at the front desk that was very very rude I'm not sure if he was some sort of Indian or Spanish maybe but he was very rude I will never return there again it was a waste of my money

I placed booking. Once I arrived they told me that there is no room available for me and also didn’t get my refund!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and surroundings very quiet. The location was perfect for me as it is so close to the metrorail and shopping facilities.
