We like the location, my husband and I did walks in the morning and walked in the evening. The neighbors were very friendly and the grounds were nice , it's just been so hot but with all the crepe myrtle trees along the road it was very shady. The staff was very friendly, Mrs Juanita, Mrs Mary, Ms Nella, Ms shonda they were very friendly, and pleasant they all didn't mind talking with you. The breakfast is awesome in the mornings.The owner is very friendly as well, he greeted each and every couple or family that stayed there. He spok with each couple and family, he really took his time out.The tour of the house was awesome, Babe the family pet is very precious, when my husband went swimming and drove in the pool she's like a little lifeguard She barks and make sure you're oka
Very quiet at night very private.
The new TVs that they put in the room can be put in another location on the wall that's just my opinion. Besides that it wasn't nothing not to like.

Beautiful, clean home. Mrs. Nell and the other ladies are so sweet and accommodating. We stayed in the Lucy Room. The room was large and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. Franco plays piano during breakfast and at 5:30 every evening and he is phenomenal. Every aspect of the stay was amazing. Location is very convenient to down town. Plenty of parking.

We enjoyed the beautiful property as well as the food and atmosphere at breakfast. We enjoyed the southern hospitality from the staff. A talented man serenaded the guests at breakfast with various show tunes and classical music as well as a rendition of Happy Birthday for some guests who had come there to celebrate. We don’t know if that was the norm there but we certainly enjoyed it. The owner stopped by the breakfast area after we had finished eating, he was very personable we enjoyed speaking with him.

Very quiet and clean! A home away from home .. The whole staff was nice and kind made the stay welcomed… and Babe was the best greeting us at breakfast

Great location, charming and quiet B&B. Very hospitable, loved the homemade breakfast (especially the biscuits!), wine hour in the garden and a bonus of piano playing by the owner during breakfast. Their very beautiful dog Babe was also on greeting duty. Gorgeous charming southern room.
Nothing I disliked about it. I only wish the weather had been warmer so I could have enjoyed the garden more!

Dim lighting in Lucy Room bur Miss Nell fixed that. Chairs not extremely comfortable, especially gentleman's chair.

wonderful old house with original features. Breakfast was very good and staff very friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. We had a four poster bed with curtains and as such, was not able to watch television easily while laying on the bed. But not a big deal. Would definitely stay again.

The location was so convenient , the staff were knowledgeable and they were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delightful and the owners were very friendly as well. Home is lovely. Our room was very cozy.

Felt like a home away from home. Nell welcomed us graciously and all the staff exhibited true southern hospitality. We had a girls getaway with 3 overnight guests and 2 locals. Along with us they enjoyed an evening reception and a full breakfast the next morning. Our room was large (3 beds) and they were comfortable. I will definitely return to The Burn and will recommend it to other friends visiting Natchez.

The breakfast display was nice, it was hot, a good southern breakfast with good sized portions, friendly staff. We loved the house and Dr Williams was so very nice.
The dressing room could use a full size mirror and better lighting in the bedroom.

room was very comfortable; the pool was great as it was hot while we were there. The staff is unbelievably friendly. make sure to go to the Melrose mansion in a National Park there. plus the magnolia restaurant (try the grilled shrimp with several spices including “Slap ya Mama” and the corner bar are great.

The breakfast was amazing. True southern food and different everyday. It’s in walking distance of a couple of great restaurants. The place has a beautiful garden and a great history. Miss Nell takes the guests on a house tour and tells the complete history. It was very interesting and Nell is great! We loved staying here.

A beautiful property set in a lovely large garden. The room we had was wonderfully, with original features. The hostess was superb, staff were all very friendly and breakfast was great. We had everything we could ask for and on our final day, we were given a tour of the property and the lady was very well informed with its history. The property is just a 15 minute walk from the centre of Natchez and we found parking to be really easy. Would highly recommend this place to stay.

Accommodations, staff and food were all fantastic. An added bonus was meeting the congenial owner and his friendly, funny dog "Babe". Special shout out to Nell for attempting to fulfill a needed item and completing fulfillment of a special
dietary requirement. Juanita (Wanita?) and Joanne treated us like family. Wonderful way to celebrate 80th birthday with family.

The hospitality was exceptional. We felt right at home with Nel and the rest of the staff. The food was exceptional. Made us feel special.
Parking was a little cramped but not really a problem at that time..
