The young helpful and friendly staff at reception, room cleaning, and pool and garden maintenance were wonderful. Tipped daily 40-50 pesos which seemed to be appreciated. The location was excellent, close to shops, restaurants, a great sports bar, the beach, grocery store. Yet surprisingly quiet. Felt secure and safe. The cleanliness of housekeeping, pools and grounds were excellent.

The cooktop was a little tricky to operate. The microwave had to be moved to use as the kitchenette is very small. Very minor issues that didn’t affect our enjoyment of our stay.

This is a hidden gem a short distance to all the great places in San Pancho; half block to the main street, half block to a beautiful church and central square, and a block from the beach via a art-filled malecon. The pool was warm and inviting and my dog loved her sunny spot on the balcony so she could watch me swim. Didn't expect to have a kitchen but it came in handy heating up left overs and keeping my beverages cold.

That I had to pay extra for parking. I know it wasn't very much (170 pesos for two days) but still, when you pay top dollar for a room, they could comp the parking!

Location is great - close to beach & restaurants but not too noisy. Pool was just right, never crowded, nice temperature. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Only a few small details: There are no handles on the cupboards below the kitchenette sink, so you have to open them from the bottom; a toaster would be nice; there’s a small gap between the fridge and the cupboard & the floor is dirty in there (hard to get to, I know). Many of the holes in the shower head were plugged by hard water deposits but I was able to easily fix that by scratching each of the rubbery things around the holes. Much better after that. The length of the spigot in the kitchen sink is too long, making it awkward to wash dishes, but not easy to change that, I realize. A small bedside lamp would be nice, as the main lights which are accessible from the bed are very bright and not what you’d choose to settle in to bed. Again - these are all VERY small details & did not affect our enjoyment of the hotel.

My room was clean and had everything I needed. I enjoyed the veranda, the doves in the trees. Arturo was very helpful and I appreciate that he found me a ground floor room for part of my stay.

Too many stairs, however thanks to Arturo for finding me a ground floor room.

Good location, helpful staff. Pool was nice.
