La ubicación es excelente estás a uno pasos de la playa, sus habitaciones son hermosas y el personal es muy amable y servicial.
Estaría aún mejor si tuvieran un mini refrigerador para mantener las bebidas frías.

I didn’t get breakfast. It was loud.
The location was terrible. Late night barking dogs and drunk Mexicans making late night noise well past 2:00 am. The bathroom stunk of human waist.

A bit overpriced for the facilities, this is not a hotel, they are just rooms in the top of a restaurant, but not a hotel.

Location to the beach
Bathroom did not meet the standards as described or the payment.
The wifi HARDLY worked.
No soundproofing in the room. One can even hear people speak outside on the "road".

Location is perfect. Oceanfront. Close to all restaurants and attractions on the main road of the town.
- Room service random, not every day (3 days out of 5).
- Out of 5 days, power was out 2 days. Therefore, the AC was out during the power outage. No generator.
- Loud in the surrounding areas, you can hear noise from your room at night. Generally stops between 10pm and midnight.
- Ants in the bathroom.
- Hotel entrance next to trash area, nasty smell as you enter the hotel.
- No help desk in the hotel, only at a restaurant underneath/ next to the hotel.

Excellent location, right on the beach. Gorgeous sunsets from balcony and bonus to have a small, private pool as well. Staff was helpful and accommodating.
Sewage type smell in the bathrooms but overall, not too bad.

We had a top floor room with a view of the water from our deck, where we watched the sunset
There was NO soap in the bathroom or shower, and no hooks or racks to hang wet towels and clothes. There were also no table or floor lamps, just bright lamps on the ceilings. We also had to park three blocks away. Plus,, there was some loud music in a nearby bar, but it mostly ended before midnight.

Location was very good. The staff at Las Palmas was most helpful and friendly.
Bathroom sink was not attached. Light bulbs hang by the wires. Small things could be fixed/upgraded inexpensively for an improvement

Bed was super comfortable and had high-quality linens. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Room didn't have a fridge but we asked for one and they brought one. Close to many great restaurants and shops. Sunset view from the room. Good restaurant/bar on site, right on the beach and staff was friendly and spoke English. There was nightly impromptu beach entertainment- fire dancers, jugglers, stilt-walkers, drummers and live music.
The NOISE. All hours of the day and night. Dimly lit bathroom. No coffee maker in room. Barking dogs at all hours. Too many vendors, all day long. Crowded area, lots of people everywhere.

It was a little noisy outside at night (during the day it's normal as you're at the beach) with drunk people, babies/kids next door, cars with loud music...

Very charming room, lovely balcony, the bed was VERY comfortable. Everything was kept clean and the shower also was really great
The beach was right there which was amazing, but this also means it can be quite noisy with all the comings and goings outside....this didn't bother us but is something to consider

This hotel is a local family business. The owner managers are extremely welcoming and friendly. They are new to the hotel business and are very thankful for constructive critique. The hotel is located above the Las Palmas restaurant, directly at the Malecón and the beach. The master suite has a very cool jacuzzi on the terrace where you can watch the sunset and the surfers playing with the waves.
There is always room for improvement but I don't have anything negative to say.
