Nautilus One – A Beachfront Condo on Seven Mile Beach
Ce magnifique condo en bord de mer est situé directement sur Seven Mile Beach, sur Boggy Sand Road, à West Bay, qui fait partie de la visite à pied historique des vieilles maisons caïmanaises du National Trust.
Le condo fait partie d'un duplex. Ces deux condos sont nichés au milieu d'arbres à raisins secs à l'extrémité nord de notre célèbre plage Seven Mile Beach. Ils sont situés dans un quartier résidentiel calme et haut de gamme, à l'écart de l'agitation de la zones de villégiature. Certains des sites de plongée les plus populaires de l’ouest de Grand Caïman se trouvent juste au large des côtes. Il existe également des récifs moins profonds pour la plongée en apnée avec le célèbre cimetière de corail situé à quelques centaines de mètres au sud de nous! Pour les habitants, la plage ou la grande terrasse extérieure, à l'ombre des vergers, constituent le cadre idéal pour savourer un bon livre et une boisson rafraîchissante. Repos et détente sont garantis dans ce confortable bungalow en bord de mer!

Loved our stay! The house was in a great location in that it was a short ride to 7 Mile Beach and had everything you needed nearby including Grocery Store, Liquor Store, restaurants and a few small beaches. The house itself was well maintained and clean upon arrival. Ocean front was as shown in pictures with a small rocky beach but a nice little very private beach right next door. Kids 4&6 enjoyed looking for shells, sea glass and small ocean creatures in the rocks. Little rough for swimming for small kids but could be due to the windy weather. View was excellent from entire back of the house from both bed rooms, kitchen and deck. Loved the deck with grill, good seating and outdoor shower. Great place to stay if you want a quiet place to come back to after a day of excursions with a spot for a rental car. Would definitely stay at this house again.

This is an amazing property with a perfect deck for basking in the sun or listening to the sound of the ocean. The ocean is literally just steps away though you might want to put on some water shoes for this area as it’s a bit rocky. The house is adorable with the kitchen ,living area, 2.5 bathrooms and bedrooms meeting all our needs. We ate at Heritage kitchen just a couple blocks away. Foster’s grocery store is within walking distance although we drove. We went and explored a few other beaches and found the ice chests that the house has for us to use, extremely handy to pack with sandwiches, snacks, and drinks. 7 mile beach was pristine and you mustn’t miss Stingray City.

We have stayed at the Nautilus properties for 12 years. We always have a wonderful time. Beth is such a gracious host. The house is away from the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile, but you are within walking distance to Foster’s grocery and restaurants. Can’t wait to be back

Absolutely loved the location of Nautilus 1! Very quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the grocery store. The gorgeous beach off the back deck was perfection, we spent every day at the beach and every night listening to the waves from the deck! The property manager was very responsive, we hope to return again!

Dream holiday destination, the place was spotless with the most amazing views! We had our own private beach right next to the sea. We had absolutely everything we needed at this rental and even more. I 1000% recommend this place!

It was just as pictured or even better. The deck was so well landscaped and shaded with palm and almond trees, beautiful spot to sit in between snorkeling sessions. The most popular reef is directly out back door, no tour guide boat needed. Great beach house, wonderful property manager. Will be back!

This is our second time staying in the Villas. This particular unit is well equipt and has everything you need. They don't have any folding beach chairs to take to the other beaches, which would have been convenient. We did end up buying two and leaving them at the Villa so others can use them. We were awakened in the middle of the night from a burning smell coming from the A/C vents and immediately turned off the A/C. We called Shirley in the morning and she sent the HVAC contractor over in the afternoon. It was all fixed by the time we got back from the beach! We much appreciated her prompt response! The location is in a quiet residential area away from busy 7 mile beach. There were a lot of people and kids (families) hanging out in front of our condo on the beach, but that's to be expected with the beach access next door. The showers have a window in them that doesn't give you much privacy, so I would suggest not showering at night or anyone could see in. Otherwise, we had a wonderful trip and can't wait to come back!

This property is clean, well kept within a solid structure with hand rails going upstairs that support an elderly person. Ocean front is a bit too rough for an elderly person’s balance abilities. However, it is a short drive (20 minutes) to quiet beaches that are assessable to children and elderly. We appreciated the deck and semi private space outside. Water hoses outside made cleaning off our paddle board and water gear easy. We did some fabulous snorkeling and thoroughly enjoyed each day.

Exactly what is pictured. Only small complaint is the pillows. They aren’t great. Great snorkeling right outside with several restaurants and shops nearby…away from the cruise traffic. We loved it , but again…better pillows. We will be back.

Nautilus One was perfect for my wife and I. We like to be away from crowded and busy locations.
The condo description is very accurate as were the pictures. We did not rent a car but the grocery store, liquor store and a couple of restaurants were within easy walking distance.
The beach did have a few rocks to navigate but we were able to get in the water to snorkel and swim.
The property owner was wonderful and answered any questions that we had.
We will definitely be back.

This place was as advertised. The location on the eastern side of the island was perfect. Spent many hours on the deck drinking and smoking cigars. The accommodations were perfect. We were able to snorkel right out front of the rental. Large Stingrays, barracuda, and many many tropical fish. We also swam out to the two buoys. This is where the snorkeling tours anchor. Great coral. Cemetery beach is 500 yards away and another awesome place to snorkel. Be sure to go to heritage kictchen 1/8 mile down the road for lunch or dinner. No frills but great location and food. Great punch for rum punches (byor). Also visit Eden rock. That might have been my favorite place to snorkel. Ambassador divers were top notch for diving. Jason is the world famous. My 21 and 23 yo did the beginners course/dive. Very safe. Outcast charters was great for fishing. George’s watersprts was perfect for the bioluminescence cove. He also does stingray city. That was an absolute must do. I would not bother with snorkeling or starfish point as part of the tour. George is top notch. Brand new boat and hospitality. Overall we had a great time but the island is sorta blah. Antigua, barbados much more scenic and better culture scene.

The rental was in a perfect spot for us. It was by restaurants we enjoy and allowed us easy access to the boat for diving with Ambassador Divers. It's perfect for the grocery and liquor store and is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of GT.

We were absolutely beyond grateful for the beautiful island trip. We unfortunately experienced some difficult medical emergencies during our stay and the owners and entire crew were more than accommodating. We felt much love and support from everyone involved on island. The condo was clean, comfortable and in a beautiful location. After spending an entire day snorkeling the “top spots” around the island my husband and I agreed that we had the best snorkeling just in front of our condo. Blessed beyond words for this peaceful time.

This property was clean and very easy to live in. The host was very accommodating and helpful during our stay and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great little getaway place.
Located on the north end of 7 mile beach, it was close enough to everything we needed to get to, and yet far enough away that it was just the secluded spot we were looking for. We stayed here during an anniversary getaway and will definitely come back.
The views, and especially the sunsets, were breathtaking!

Great condo with awesome view
This property is in a perfect location for snorkeling and beach swimming. Easy access to all activities on Seven Mile Beach and in West Bay. The condo has all the amenities a family may need in the kitchen and a great deck with a spectacular view of the many shades of blue ocean. Property owner and condo manager were very nice and helpful. Would love to stay here again.

We absolutely loved Nautilus!! It was perfect for our little family of 4. We enjoyed the private beach area and space outdoors overlooking the gorgeous waters and under the amazing starlit nights. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and lovely. The unit had everything we needed if not more. Thank you for being on call for anything we needed. Loved being able to walk to Heritage and even the supermarket. We can't wait to return one day and already miss it terribly.

We had nine perfect days. Everything needed was in the house. The only problem was half way into the week there was a strong sea that moved all of the huge rocks to the beach! A beautiful sight but hard to navigate the water...but beaches on either side were within reach. Highly recommended. Will return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nautilus One! Actually, we enjoyed it so much we’d like to keep it our own little secret but it’s too special a place not to share. Shirley was so responsive with our questions, check-in and check-out. The VRBO is a lovely, clean, bright condo duplex with a very private feel. It is right on the beach with snorkeling directly in front of the condo. The kitchen is roomy - bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and the entire unit was so clean (which is hugely important to me). There is a small local eatery within walking distance (Heritage Kitchen) with a BYOB policy - we had great fresh grouper - and a liquor store right next to it they had quite a good selection. The one thing to know is that the beach front does not go all the way down to Seven Mile beach because there is a rocky point that can’t be easily traversed. It wasn’t a deal breaker for us. We just drove down the road and parked at cemetery beach and walked from there. The grocery store is 2-3 minutes away. Totally loved it our time there. We chilled out on the deck, and had cocktails every sunset - which are amazing from the deck! We will definitely come back!

This beach house exceeded our expectations - clean, bright, great location on beach, deck, great beds, linens, towels, well stocked kitchen, great a/c, ceiling fans - would definitely return.
