The place has roaches, some of the rooms shower the water was cold, the handle o the shower was broken, we were promised that that will be fixed, well that never happened, as I was planning to look for another place, we asked for just a glass of water and it took 30min just for a glass of water, staff was unpleasant to wards us as customers. The table next to my bed was broken I didn't know, just when I put my bag the table fell, I have falsetooth they were in a cup on top of that table, they broke too. The walls of the rooms are dirty, coming all the way from Johannesburg to that, I really Regretted paying my R4000. I will never tell anyone about the place.

absolutely nothing. „Lodge“ implies something other than this run down, backyard hole they calll accommodation

My first room had one wall in the bathroom full of black mold. There was also a very loud noise (the generator from the mall next door during load shedding) which was on when I arrived. next load shedding would have been 2am. So I insisted on a room change. next room looked like someone had slept in the bed and it hadn’t been cleaned. I fetched the bedding from the first room as this room at least had no mold and was on the other side of the passage (less noise).

The staff u have is very friendly especially promise the lady who was working at night, she is good u can see that she love her job

Every time what they advertise was not wat we got when we got the, the room was not cleaned on our arrival we had to wait till they clean it first before we get in. The reception lady was rude and with attitude and the room didn't have the cupboard they showed in pictures and fan too it was in an unsafe place at the back of the shopping centre which is was hard to find and it looked like a 2 hour quick sleep for Street workers. Not an ideal place to be put on Booking com for people.
