Местоположение отеля хорошее

Скудный шведский стол. Хлеб не свежий, наверное лежал порезанный несколько дней и засох. В номере стоит электрочайник, но зачем ,если больше к нему нет ничего-ни чая в пакетиках, ни сахара, ни кофе? С какой целью? Попить в 4х звёздочном отеле кипяточку? На просьбу принести в номер кофе, получил отказ, так как даже за деньги такой услуги в отеле нету. Отель позиционирует себя с бассейном. Бассейн хороший, но... Где сушить бельё? Для этого балкон не приспособлен, поэтому на утро собирали свои вещи по нижним балконам из-за ночного ветра.

The best hotel ! Very very nice !

I liked everything. The hotel is located on the edge of a large car free zone. Google maps sent me stubbornly always in the car free zone. The friendly staff gave me a guide to go with me in the car, so I was able to reach the hotel by car easily with the help of the guide and I was able to park in front of the hotel. Well done !

The hotel is suitble for the east europe comunity.The food was un eatable for us.Breakfast consisted on meat, hotdogs ,past and mashed potetoes....dinner consisted of one kind of meat and 2 warm side dishes.No food for vegetrians!!!!!.we payed for full baord and we did not go to eat at the diningroom.we had to look for other options of eating outside of the hotel.There was not possibilty to pay in cerdit card,cash only.....they knocked on our door at 22:00 asking for immidiate cash payment.... We payed in cash and had to insist on recieving invoice...The manager mrs. Roxana was nice.All in all it was a bad vacation for us.The hotel is not for westerners!!!!

We spend 1 night. Found this hotel quite gorgeous. Staff is friendly. Parking is free to use.

Quite old interior in the rooms.

The front desk staff is friendly. The hotel is clean and the location is close to many restaurants. The room was big enough.

You can only pay by cash for the hotel. The bed is not comfortable. There is no menu at the hotel restaurant. You only get one dish to choose from like if you are at a homeless shelter. The free breakfast was horrible (steamed chicken and fetta cheese) It doesn't include coffee. There is a store at the hotel that sells coffee but it closes at 4pm and it is located at the other side of the hotel. I don't understand why the restaurant can't sell coffee, toast and eggs.

The facility offers a great variety of health services, which are an optional add-on, above the price of the stay. Then again, that's what we went for. The services include massage, detox, vitamin injections, among other things. The staff was really helpful. They also have a natural juice bar that had drinks that are both healthy and tasty. Close enough walk to the main part of the town.

Two things in particular. The layout of the hotel is confusing, and difficult to navigate. It took a while for me to be able to get through the "maze". Second thing is not enough towels. One bath towel is not enough, although the terry cloth robes are a nice touch. Had some minor scheduling issues, with the health procedures, on occasion.
