Localization is perfect - walking distance to the station (10-15 min in Snowboard shoes)

The apartment was very comfortable and in a good location near a supermarket. It had private parking .

The apartment closed in the centre of Pinzolo, close to restaurants and old town. Just 5-10min walk to the main cable lift in Pinzolo. The apartment itself is extraordinarily clean and you can see it’s brand new. Topazio blu apartment was super spacious with two bathrooms, two bedrooms, one en suite, dining room with a kitchenette and a large sofa bed. As two families we had enough common as well as private space. The apartment includes all the equipment you may need (eg.: bath robes, hair dryer, kitchen amenities and many more). The hosts are such a lovely helpful couple, they were there whenever we needed anything. The Spa itself was a nice surprise for us, we didn’t expect it to be as big as it was, with anything you may need for a good relaxation plus once you book it you have the whole place for yourself which gives you an amazing feeling of a total privacy. Totally nothing you may not like about this place.

The owners of the Marconi residence are very nice and caring people. They accompanied us from the very first day of our stay until our departure. They met us at night and helped us with our suitcases. The next day, everyone was shown and told what to eat in the vicinity and where to go. There was a constant connection, and the question could be asked at any time of the day or night. The apartments themselves are nice and cozy, well renovated, it feels like the apartments are quite fresh. Also pleasantly surprised by the Spa room, which was always clean and pleasant, also had nice things like tea, juice, oranges, vinogdar, etc. in General, the residence left the most pleasant feelings.
