Large fresh clean room wih Lavazzo coffemachine, minibar, teakettle and generous welcome pack (water tea good coffee creckers croissant = practically you get freebreakfast) electric heated towel rack in the bathroom, electric external blackout window shades, silent AC with heating mode.
Large balcony with dining table.
Do not miss Estensi giardini, also good pizzeria Voglia is in walking distance and large Tigros supermarket nearby. Its also easy to find apartment if you accidentaltly close Google Maps just go for Ospedale di Circolo.
Easy communication over Whatsup and easy self-checkin (code for key box).
Direct train express to Malpensa T1 and T2 every hour at price 13 euro
Ifs 20min walk from station and 30min walk to Estensi. But its walking along pleasant streets of nice mountain-style city.

It was really clean.
The elevator was tiny and it wasn’t wheelchair accessible. Also there were 4 steps in the front door of the building.

extremely clean, big room and bathroom. a/c. coffee machine mini fridge, kettle, tea, water and coiffée as amenities. there is soap and shampoo. nothing to say.
For those who don’t read everything, the rooms are in an appartement building on the first floor.

Great staff. very friendly and welcoming. Room very spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness is top notch.
A bit noisy since it's exactly near a road with a lot of traffic (the apartment is located across a large hospital). Maybe an umbrella on the terrace would make taking a breakfast outside a bit less intrusive (all the above neighbors would not stare at you).

Very nice looking room. Everything well adapted for the current pandemic situation. Everything (caps, keys and etc.) sealed in the plastic bags. Very nice hard mattress. Got lucky to park on the street next to the apartment for free.
The intercom in the entrance room was next to our room, somebody used it at the middle of the night, woke us up. So if you will hear some unrecognisable very loud sound most like it is intercom.
