Excellent breakfast served efficiently with small details taken care of A charming Cumbrian style cottage with lovely hosts and a very comfortable stay.

Charming hosts and house, wonderfully quiet and beautiful location, friendliness towards dogs.

Ann and Steve were really kind and welcoming, gave us all the information needed and were attentive throughout our stay. The room and communal areas were really clean and had everything we needed. The views around the b&b were stunning as well. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

We had a wonderful short break at Belle Green. Our room was pristine and so comfortable. Breakfast was fab, quality and quantity wise. The location couldn’t have been better. Ann and Stephen were such kind and responsive hosts - we reflected on the way home that this is really what makes a trip memorable.

Such a beautiful location. The room was so clean, the staff were lovely and the breakfast was amazing! We cannot wait to book our next stay

Everything about Belle Green was better than I expected, location is perfect, silent around the area, no road noise, you can actually hear bird song. Owners were welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, very knowledgeable of the local area including suggestions and great directions. Rooms were generous in size, beds comfortable and immaculately set out, tea/coffee/hot chocolate all complimentary, milk supplied in thermal jug, along with better than average biscuits. Ensuite bathroom very modern, again immaculate throughout with soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner of exceptional quality all laid on. Really can't fault anything at all, I WILL be returning.

We loved the quiet, countryside location, beautiful furniture, cozy time next to fireplace and the relaxing time in bath. Truly magical place.

Great location. Lovely room, very clean and the property was clean and welcoming. The hosts are very switched on when it comes to covid and it felt very safe. Would stay again. Lovely touch being able to dry wet boots by the fire ready for the next day.
