Nem volt kitakaritva előttünk! Az ágy koszos volt, hajak és morzsa voltak az ágyneműben🤢 ruhában aludtam. A fürdőben borotválkozás utáni nyomok 🤢 1 éjszakát töltöttünk ott hal istennek.

The place itself is ok as shown in the photos. The location is good as it is very central and there is a parking which is super close which is convenient

However the building is really strange and we had a difficult time finding the apartment. It was super loud throughout the whole night there were neighbors talking and people screaming and we could hear them really loud and clear.

Difficult access via long corridors and stairs.

Close to city center (8min waking from main train station) and easy to retrieve the keys. Wi-Fi available

We arrived at the accommodation, but decided to leave after a few hours because we didn't feel safe and didn't like it at all, although we had it booked and paid for 3 nights. There were 2 main areas with issues: 1. SAFETY: - the door didn't lock from the inside, it just blocked the doorknob - the building had structural issues (big cracks on the staircase walls and mold on the walls from the first floor) - the area in which the accommodation is located doesn't seem safe at all, after talking to some locals, it seems to be the worst area in Brno 3. FACILITIES (these were things that could have been easily fixed by the owner): - the ventilator in the bathroom was broken and there was no hanger for the towels. The hand towel seemed ancient and super worn out (it's the only photo I took of the place). There was no toiler paper holder & no shower gel/shampoo - there were only two coat hangers in the room, although there was a wardrobe and a clothe rack. Inside the wardrobe there was a big rolled up carpet. So basically you couldn't use the wardrobe - the bedsheets were of very poor quality, almost made out of plastic - all furniture, although not old, seemed shabby Given all these, I wouldn't recommend booking this accommodation.

We liked literally everything about the place. It was clean, close to the center, and had the necessary equipment one would need during a day at home.

Not very far from the train station. Basic studio accommodation, very clean. Excellent Wi-Fi.

Not the studio fault but there is no grocery stores nor restaurants nearby. And it rained all day, so no chance to visit old Brno.
