The villa had everything you needed. Spotlessly clean, lovely white Cotton sheets. Towels for sun beds, so didn’t really need to take our own. Within walking distance to a very nice taverna, Kathkaros , and Italian restaurant, near Grecian hotel, if you didn’t want to venture far. Nice size pool, which had sun and shady area. Good aircon, which was a godsend, as it was very hot when we were there! Kallia, the host, is lovely. A week before we arrived, she texted to let us know codes for doors etc, so everything ran smoothly. If you had a query, she responded straight away.

If anything, there could have been a blind for bathroom window, and shower screen, could have been fixed to bath properly, but that didn’t really affect our stay (minor)

Nice and spatious villa with great pool. 8 minutes to Konnoss Beach. Had a great stay!

needs improvement, kitchen needs better equipment, lampshades over the bulbs would be nice, no reading lights at the bed, outside area needs more attention, only 3 sunbeds, barbecue so old and rusty, moldy sunshades, wifi not good, it is not working upstairs

Great location ten minute walk to beach, Couple of minutes’ walk to local super market. nice restaurants nearby. Quiet gated location.

The location of the property is amazing, a 5 minute walk down a footpath down the cliff to the beach - amazing views! A choice of bus stops along the main road which can get you into protaras strip and fig tree bay in 5 mins and Agia Napa in 15-20 minutes. The pool was lovely and just the right size for us and the air con worked brilliantly. Kallia our host was amazing! Sent great directions and photos to help us find it in the dark when we arrived, recommended restaurants for us (which were all amazing!) and checked in a number of times during our holiday to make sure we were ok 👍

Great Pool Area, big enough for the 5 of us to chill and relax. Old school bbq outside in the evenings was great.

Bedrooms were nice size and beds were comfy. Air conditioning in every bedroom and living room were also really nice to have. Kitchen had plenty of gadgets to make all kinds of food. Couple nice dining places and a store in a few minute walk away and a 10min taxi ride to Agia Napa centrum so the location was pretty good. House was all-around very clean and the pool area was really nice too. The host was really nice and ansvered to all the questions we had really quick through out the stay and was making sure we were okay and everything was good.

I can only highly recommend staying here. We spent two weeks with our one-year-old here. It's definitely the best location in all of Protaras/Agia Napa because you are only a short walk away from Konnos Beach but away from the hassle. If you missed something when shopping there is a small market close by or you can order via Bolt or similar. The owner bought a baby crib and a high chair for us which we really appreciated. We spent our days cooking and BBQing, enjoying the pool and going hiking in Cap Grekko close by. Air condition, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge and wifi all work great. There is an outdoor warm-water shower which is great!

the kitchen could be slightly better equipped and the mattresses don't meet the standard we are used from home.
