The apartment is very well-equipped. It has a dishwasher, a washing machine, the kitchen has a lot of useful appliances, including a Nespresso coffee-maker with capsules. Two electric bikes are also available to the apartment users which was great. The cleaning lady that gave us the key was very kind and helpful.

BEWARE!!! You are not allowed to use the private beach that you see in the photos on booking.com, as the owner of this apartment opt not to pay for the yearly beach maintenance fee, but they fail to make this clear in advance. They insist that they do, we argued about this on the phone, but when you read the apartment description on booking.com closely, this information is not stated there. The Questions and Answers mention briefly that the closest beach is 300 meters away. But this is rather misleading, and definitely not explicit enough. Especially, when all the pictures shown on booking.com show the private beach! This is a recurring issue and other holiday-makers have conflicts with the owners and the beach staff every week about this.
