Overall the apartment and condominium were very nice and it is a good place to stay, especially for families (I would say 6 people could fit comfortably, 10 would be very uncomfortable). It is a little far from everything if you do not have a car, the beaches and restaurants are not walking distance. There is a restaurant on site but their hours are not very defined and you have to reserve your breakfast the day before. The pool is the best part!

I HIGHLY recommend you book with someone else. The owner of this apartment was very rude and ungrateful for our business. To explain, a friend and I had booked the 3 bedroom apartment where it is clearly listed as a THREE bedroom apartment, so the first night we arrived, supposedly he had overbooked so he put us in another apartment for one night and at first wanted us to sleep in one bed using only one room but we asked to have separate rooms. He didn’t hesitate, but then when we moved into the second apartment the next day he left 2 of the 3 rooms locked. He only made available one room with a bed and bunk beds. When we explained to him, telling him we had paid for the entire 3 bedroom apartment, he said that is not the reservation because there are only 2 of us so we don’t get the whole apartment. I’m not sure what the reasoning behind this was, but after an hour disputing this with him and showing him where it clearly states a 3 bedroom apartment on the reservation, he then went on to say that “he was doing us favor” by allowing my dog to stay and organizing transportation from the airport. Which again is clearly stated as amenities in the reservation and all of this was agreed upon prior to arriving. He finally “allowed” us to use another bedroom but rudely said “not the suite”, but did not provide sheets for the second bedroom. So we had access to most of the apartment. However, every issue we had thereafter, such as no hot water and no drinking water in the filter, he ignored our requests to resolve and never responded. For working in the hospitality industry, Samuel is NOT very hospitable. He should be more understanding when there are concerns or issues with the reservation instead of arguing everything then acting just plain immature by ignoring us the rest of our stay. Or he should not list things in the reservation that will not be available to the guests, including the fact that you won’t have access to the whole apartment.
