We own a house on the island and our family is growing. Perfect location for us. My daughter and her husband enjoyed the peaceful deck after putting children to bed!

We enjoyed our stay. We will definitely rent again in the future. We have stayed at the inn and several other condos in the area, this was our favorite for location and comfort.

Our stay at Eden Isle was wonderful! Perfect fit for our family. We loved hanging on the patio, the lights made it so relaxing at night. Check in was a breeze. Sarah was so easy to work with. We will be back!

We stayed here while visiting with friends who have a houseboat. It was perfect for my family (12 and 17 year old boys) of 4. We used the washer and dryer everyday! I didn’t bring home wet, dirty clothes and we all had plenty of space to rest when we weren’t on the lake! Would stay here again!

We stayed here over Memorial Day Weekend, and it was the perfect location. Very clean, and comfortable!

Everything was great

The place was perfect for a family of 4, could accommodate more if you have air mattresses. The location was private and comfortable. We brought our boat up for the weekend and rented a slip at the Mariana, 5 min drive from the condo. Highly recommend.

It was perfect!

Condo is very clean and well kept with all you need to stay for a long weekend. We enjoyed just relaxing and watching the nature around us on the back deck. There is a family of woodpeckers that visited each morning. Many other birds ie cardinals/blue jays and deer visited a few times. The Red Apple Inn dining within walking distance is a must if you prefer not to cook. The ease of renting a boat from Eden Isle Marina allows for a wonderful days on the lake

Enjoyed staying at the property! Condo is clean, beds comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing Memorial weekend. Also, great area amenities. Rented a slip at the marina for our boat. We had a nice dinner at the red apple inn & the new take out restaurant at the marina was perfect after a long day on the water. We would definitely stay here again!

Sarah was fantastic and responsive to all the details! We loved booking with her and the property was perfect for my family of 4. Clean, comfortable & close to all the activities we love. Golf, club house, and the marina. The kitchen was small but stocked with everything we needed to cook/ grill ... perfect for families. The back porch was perfect for hanging out and enjoying the relaxation factor of Eden Isle. Thank you Sarah! Only item to add to my wish list... a temporary Red Apple Membership card. Labor Day is a day of rest for some of us and we were blessed to have this lovely condo to stay in for our Labor Day weekend.Me, my hubby and another couple decided to share the cost and rent this condo for a long weekend getaway. We have other friends that have a condo in the same block of condos on Eden Isle and we were able to walk back and forth to hang out with them.As you walk in this condo, you know they take pride in appearances and safety because it's immaculate. It's spacious and the furnishings are very nice and comfortable. The bedrooms are large and the closets are too. The bathrooms look like they have been updated and we loved the water pressure in the showers. The kitchen is small but plenty big enough with all the kitchen supplies you need. The dining room table is large and can accommodate 8-10 easily.Everyone loves getting on our friends pontoon and floating all day but my favorite part was the back deck of the condo. We've stayed in other condos in this area and we always have to clean off the deck and sweep away spiders and other crawling things but when we arrived, this deck was very clean and ready to be enjoyed. We used the grill provided for hot dogs and hamburgers for lunch one day. The best part, to me, was the hummingbird feeder that had two constant visitors all day the whole time we were there. The woods provide shade and calm. We saw squirrels, a woodpecker, hummingbirds, and the occasional deer wandering through.My husband and friends enjoyed golf at Red Apple before they hit the lake. The location of this condo is within 3-4 minutes of Red Apple Inn and golf course and 4-5 minutes to the marina. The town of Heber Springs is a 10-15 minute drive. Overall, I would say we all enjoyed our stay and I would stay here again...and I would definitely recommend it to others. Sarah was so easy to work with. She quickly answered any questions I had. The condo was very comfortable and in a lovely quiet neighborhood to walk in. Close to Eden Isle marina, which was very helpful for a first tim boat driver! Great time was had by all!

This is a very nice condo. The owner is new to VRBO and was very accommodating. We had a couple of problems that he was very helpful to fix.

Our family of 4 went for 2 nights and a day at the lake. It was a perfect 10 minutes to Heber Springs Marina, and the condo was just what we needed. Super clean and updated property. We had a blast!

Very nice accommodations. There are a few things I would improve. The spider webs around front and back entrance need to be removed, when we check in the house was very hot it took several hours to cool it down we had to leave and the kitchen could use more cookware and bowls. The house could use pillows for the air mattress and another set of sheets for the couch and pillow.

This spacious and comfortable condo was the perfect space for our family of four weekend at the lake. The kitchen is beautifully updated and the washer and dryer were really helpful for keeping up with our lake activities. We loved mornings on the deck reading and walks along the wooded property around the condo and Eden Isle.

We loved the little condo. Super clean and well stocked. It's nestled in the heart of Eden Isle, walking distance to the Red Apple Inn. It's also very accessible to the marina and lake activities.

Our family had a great trip to Eden Isle and enjoyed this condo very much. It had everything we needed and was very close to the Red Apple club house and golf course. The condo was very clean and updated. Definitely recommend to anyone heading to Eden Isle. Paul B.
