We came to Alaska to adventure which we did so much of! This home is in a great location to get to the train station, major highways, and downtown Anchorage! It was clean, inviting, and had everything we needed! Kristi, the host, was the sweetest and was great at responding when we needed anything! We 100% recommend staying here if you come to Anchorage; we definitely want to stay here when we come back!

Had a great stay over the summer. The backyard was perfect for our dog to run around and enjoy the beautiful summer weather. Communication with the host was excellent and she was very responsive to any needs or concerns during our stay.

My parents and I had a wonderful stay at this place. It was perfect for what we needed. We were not there a lot as we were out exploring Alaska but it was a great location close to everything in Anchorage. It was also a great location to explore more of Alaska with Anchorage being centrally located. I would definitely stay here again when we come visit Alaska again (hopefully).

Came from South Texas to visit family and experience the Fur Rondy. The property was close to everything we needed and was very comfortable. My son's malamute/husky dog Yukon loved his stay as well. Would recommend for anyone needing a dog friendly place to stay.

Hi, decent stay overall, just want to share some feedback
- no wash clothes - I checked all closets and spots, there are no wash cloths! Strange.
- strong mold/mildew smell- it is mostly concentrated in garage but had a strong smell when entered property. Impacted us a little bit not so substantial that we had to relocate. Perhaps if we were staying here longer I’d consider it.
- thankful for supplies- I appreciated being able to do laundry, cook, watch tv in several areas because supplies were available.
- slow internet on Fri night. I wanted to watch my discharges Vball game streaming online Fri night and it was impossible. Kept breaking up, buffering, stalling. Internet not strong/stable. This is why the 3 star reflect online listing as I was relying and hoping for strong internet that night to watch my senior daughter online.
-thank you for letting us check in an hour early. 6 pm is quite a late time to get into a place you’re renting so we were happy to have access early to relax after travel. Appreciated!!!!

It felt like we were staying at a friends house! It was awesome- beautiful yard for the pups and we could park in the garage... it was just really great! hoping we can stay there again the next time we need to go :)

Holiday 2021
It was easy to make the reservation, but had a difficult time getting information on address and details of check in and out process. Finally was able to reach the owner. The owner responded quickly but the evolve site was hard to access. All in all turned out fine, but was aggravating trying to find our way up arrival.

Quiet, park nearby, fenced backyard for dogs, wifi, internet(I think) tv, everything you need in a kitchen (even an extra freezer), garage, the best comfy beds and a great location. We came up to Anchorage for surgery and the hosts were so accommodating with early checkin. We will be back!

The manager of the property was amazing. She was kind and willing to answer all my questions. This was a great place for my family to be. We have a two year old son and he was so happy to be here! It was a great stay!

Comfortable
This was a comfortable house in a great area. Great location to stores and restaurants. We enjoyed being able to have the option to cook our own meals or be able to easily have carry put ordered and eat at home. We would definitely stay here again on our next Alaskan adventure.

Lovely rental
I would definitely stay here again. A very cute and comfortable house. The two bedrooms are big and roomy, with comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Bathroom has everything you need! Terrific place. Thank you!

I didn't realize that both bedrooms were located upstairs. My husband is handicapped and stairs are difficult for him. He ended up sleeping on the couch after the first night.

Surprising party for my mom today at her house and me and my siblings needed a place to crash because she’s didn’t know we were all gonna be in town on the same time for her birthdays she recently got cancer this year so we wanted her birthdays to start being more special thanks for letting it happen

Cute Duplex
Perfect for my husband, dog and I. It has a decent size yard fenced in. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck especially with coffee in the mornings. There's a table with umbrella and chairs and a grill, which we had our kids over and their sig others to grill steak. We had beautiful weather too. It's very pet friendly which we loved. It's pretty much stocked with all you need. Loved that too. Stayed in the beginning of June for 10 days, my husband had to have two surgeries and I'm staying there again this coming week for four days. Nice neighborhood and everywhere I needed to go was in the surrounding area. Even with the extra fees it still was cheaper per night for summer rates than a hotel room. It was ideal!

Had a wonderful time visiting family in Anchorage. The property was in a great location, close to the airport and downtown. So nice to have access to a well-stocked kitchen and laundry. Would definitely stay again!

Winter wonderland
Brought my girlfriend out from Chicago and she's never seen a mountain before. So I figured I'd take her on a helicopter tour through the prince william sound.. let's just say this place was perfect. She kept calling it winter wonderland. I've been to girdwood a thousand times but never experienced a time like this. Car wouldn't start when we had to leave because it was so cold but they worked with me and I just snagged another night. Super quiet hot tub is awesome. If I ever stay in girdwood I'd only stay there.
