The room is clean, there are activities for kids and family, food is good.

A little bit crowded when checking-in, I couldn’t take VAT bill when checking out like other resorts

The toilet and room floor dirty, when I take a Shower, the water drain was like stuck, and the water could not be drained away.

The safeguard's attitude is rude. He talkee with me without thinking. Unprofessional staff in 5 stars ranking resort!

The water park, beach

Staff is not friendly and helpful. Room is small. Food is not good.

The resort is huge and conveniently located in the Cam Ranh beach right by the airport. Far enough to not hear any planes but close enough to get there in 10 min. Rooms are nice and comfy and the facilities are well maintained (albeit quite tacky). And there is a mini water park!

We booked just one night here because of a change in our flights, so we decided to treat ourselves to what seemed to be a fancy resort. When we arrived we were a bit terrified by the giant but ABSOLUTELY CHAOTIC reception. Its huge and full of people. It really felt like a mall during Black Friday or an airport after a government coup. After a few hours walking around waiting for our room to be ready, we finally checked in and went to find lunch. There are like 5 or 6 restaurants in the premises so we were stoked. This is where everything started going downhill... We went to one, they were closing so they directed us to another restaurant. That restaurant was "snacks only" even though there was a huge "steakhouse" sign in the door. Then they told us to go to the restaurant by the beach, where the directed us back to the main building. Without going into too much detail... We basically spent from 3 to 10pm being directed from place to place and told to wait for lunch/dinner time... Only the DJ (who doesn't even work in the hotel) was able to explain that this is an all inclusive hotel, but for some reason our booking wasn't all inclusive. Strangely, nobody offered us an upgrade to "all inclusive" neither gave us the option to order from an a la carte menu. The experience was simply horrendous. Breakfast (in a MASSIVE buffet) was pretty mediocre and reminded me of my school cantine. The pool was dirty and full of people swimming in jeans and full clothes and the night entertainment is... Well, how to say it... LOUD. Avoid this place at all costs. If it's the last option with no alternatives available (like it was for us)... I'd suggest to just go home.
