Owner lives in attached house so, no privacy. They are out & about in the yard & decks. No mention of this in property details. No TV’s in bedrooms, the only bathroom is downstairs away from the living area. Again though, very nice place & clean.

The rental was beautiful and clean very comfortable inside. back deck over looking the river where we spent a lot of our time . My son and i enjoyed fishing the river the whole weekend. Host were helpful and informative would recommend for anyone looking for a nice weekend getaway

We were looking for a place to have a low key trip for our anniversary and we could not have found a better place to stay! I was apprehensive when I saw that the home was attached to owners home, but after reading other reviews, I decided to book it. Yes, the rental is attached to the owners home, however, it has its own entry and exits, it is its own home, just attached to the bigger house. The home was very nice, clean, and quiet. The kitchen was fully furnished, with ver nice appliances. We only used one of the bedrooms since we didn’t bring the kids. I have to say, I rarely sleep well away from home, but the bed was phenomenal…I slept like a baby! The owners were fantastic, they met us when we arrived and answered all our questions about things to do in the area. We spent mornings and evenings on the fishing dock on the property…the cooler temperature from the water made it very pleasant, despite the hot weather. We took Don’s advice and drove to Bull Shoals to eat walleye at the 178 Club, and it did not disappoint! I definitely give this property and the owners 5 stars!

Awesome location right on the White River. Our fishing guide was even able to pick us up from the dock at the cabin.

It was perfect in every way. The house is right on the river, with wonderful accommodations, close to town, clean and peaceful. Great three day getaway to recharged the batteries. Highly recommend staying here.

The cabin was beautifully decorated with all the immunities one could ask for. Located right on the river in a beautiful private setting. The fishing was great! It was immaculate.

Lovely property right on the White River in Cotter (or more accurately, across the river from the town). The stairs can make it a bit of a challenge if you are less mobile (like me). Overall, we had a very restful, peaceful time.

We stayed last year and loved it so much we returned this year! The owners are so friendly and always answer anything we ask promptly! The property is so clean and so nice. There is a new dock and stairs all the way down to the water. Mountain Home is only about 10/15 minutes away and there is tons of activities and shopping. We will 100% be returning again.

Was met by Don and Yolie upon our arrival. Their home is beautiful and right on the river. Spent two days learning to fly fish. Great mini vacation.

My wife and I had a great time at this beautiful place. Not one time did we turn the tv on. We spent most of our time fishing at the river or drinking coffee on the balcony. We will definitely be back.

This place was just fabulous! The location is a slice of heaven! Located ON, not near, but ON the White River is such a plus. We enjoyed watching the fishermen fish right out of our bedroom. The views of the river are in every bedroom, living room with balconies for you to sit and enjoy the peacefulness of the area. Also the owners are precious folks. Just enjoyed them so much. However, they let you have your privacy as well. Just splendid people. The property itself was immaculately clean. Shower pressure was awesome, but the best thing was the bed! We wanted to bring it home. Got a 92 sleep score whilst there for fellow fitbit viewers! Nothing negative at all about this place and we will SURELY be back soon!

Loved our stay at the cabin. It was only for 2 days but was very relaxing and peaceful. One of the best short vacations we have ever had.

I surprised my husband with a birthday getaway! I cannot say enough about the hosts and their hospitality. Don provided me with names of float guides and other information that was very helpful. The house was private and roomy. Very clean and decorated nicely. We enjoyed the views from the deck. My husband walked right to the river to fish. The only things you need to pack are your clothing, food and shampoo. The rest is already there! Thank you both for a wonderful place to stay.

This cabin, though attached to the main living house, had a very private feel.

We really enjoyed staying here! The view was amazing - beautiful porch upstairs and swing downstairs both overlooking the river! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We especially enjoyed a bonfire with the hosts :) My husband fished right from the shore. Don was a wealth of information about the area... where to go, what to see. The only snag we had was they started construction on the lot next to the property, but Don compensated us for the noise and inconvenience. If we go back to the area, we would definitely stay again! It is a beautiful property with an amazing view and a great location! Thank you for hosting us!

The property was pristine clean, comfortable, quiet. Convenient to the hwy. Well stocked with all the basics. Host helpful with suggestions. The only addition for me personally might have a been a lounge recliner to lay on, it had comfortable patio furniture, a lovely porch swing. Wonderful place to stay.

The property was great as were our hosts! We will be watching for an opportunity to return.

Great home with everything we needed. Be sure to read details about home. Bedrooms and bathroom iare downstairs, which was a problem for my elderly mom., but my fault for not reading! Also, air conditioning went off during the night both nights we were there.

Everything about our stay and the property were perfect. We absolutely loved the property and the owners were awesome. Beautiful views and easy access to the river. We will definitely be back.
