Everything was perfect. Real 10 from 10

The Art House was absolutely super with all the amenities you could wish for. The pool & garden were fantastic & we loved the "outdoor" kitchen, grill & dining area. Everything was immaculate. The bedrooms were all comfortable & the mattresses were really comfortable. We appreciated having ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed but we really didn't use the lounge/dining area as we ate outside all the time. The location was quiet (we heard scops owls & nightingales in the evening!) & the supermarket was a short walk away. Rovinj was only 15 minutes drive. The owners were super friendly & helpful, & had left wine, beer, coffee, milk etc which was much appreciated.

The wifi was very poor & the poor bandwidth meant it was difficult to upload/download things. As most people who work have to check emails etc even when on vacation these days, this was a problem. The tiles on one side of the pool became very slippery when wet which was dangerous (we had some heavy rain storms). A mop to dry them would have been useful. The dishwasher tablets were awful & we had to rewash items by hand.

We were two families with four kids. There was enough room for all of us. Kitchen is very well equiped. Each room has its own bathroom, equiped with all that you need. The pool was large enough and clean. There is a shower by the pool as well as the bathroom outside. To summarize - everything was perfect, nothing to comment or complain about!
