I did not stay here because I booked a $59 hotel and was charged $260!

This is a SCAM! Do not book at this lodging. the posted rate was $59, then they charged me $260 saying that the taxes and cleaning fees were $2000!!! I did not even stay at this place and booked another hotel nearby hoping to cancel this reservation...and guess what, they did not let me cancel even though I did not stay there. I will write this is as many review forums as I can do save others from being scammed as well. How do we live in a world where this is not illegal!

Clean, kitchen was stocked with necessities and comfortable beds.

Wifi didn't work the first day, and the TV cable was poor. The air-conditioning unit is extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep as it cycles on and off.

Equipments and services are the worst thing!! When the first day we checked in, half of lights at room and network were unavailable that we stayed in dark and boring. We tried call and ask for fixing but the office are closed too early so that no one can help. Our first night was so terrible. The next day morning we went to the office and asked for equipment fixing. The lights were turned on but network were still unavailable. BTW, all equipments were overused and too old to use normally. It was the most terrible experience of our blue mountain trips that is worst than an Airbnb house, and we will definitely never order this place any more!
