Mobil home d'une chambre situé près de la rivière Holston, à environ 5 km du barrage Holston ou de Big Springs, dotés chacun d'une rampe de mise à l'eau publique. Située sur un terrain calme et privé, la chambre à coucher comprend un lit normal et la kitchenette comprend un four à micro-ondes, le mobile home comprend une télévision à écran plat avec antenne. la maison est d'environ 500 pieds carrés. la propriété peut accueillir un total de trois adultes.

Great location right on south holston. As advertised, small mobile home with a bed, heat, and necessities for mornings/evenings after fishing. Parking is a little tight with the way the driveway sets up, would be pretty tricky with a drift boat. Great stay and Tony was very accommodating.

The place was listed it was just exactly as it was said to be it was clean it was in a very quiet neighborhood you’re OK we would definitely stay there again. Mr. Tony was hospitable I would grade everything add a 10

Quaint and peacefully quiet.
I had business while in Bristol so I didn’t see much of the area in daylight but what I saw was very beautiful being close beside the river .

This little place was perfect for me! I'm pretty active and didn't need a huge place. Great proximity to the Holston river and lake. The AT is just a short drive away and many more trails in the area. Downtown Bristol only about 10, 15 minutes away. The owner, Tony, was super friendly. Overall great experience!

Basic and Comfortable Trailer close to Bristol
Clean and comfortable trailer in a nice quiet neighborhood. Easy 10 min drive to downtown Bristol. Host was very helpful and communicative. Good affordable spot for our stay in the area.

Perfect Stay
I had a great experience here. The ad and photos do not do this place justice. The property is very clean. It is very peaceful there. Steps from the river and minutes from the lake and close to Bristol. Tony is an amazing host. Very helpful and friendly. One of the highlights of my trip was getting to know him and the history of the area. I am definitely making this a regular trip.

Perfect “camping” getaway weekend
Trailer was perfect for our trip. Very clean, beautiful area, hot water, great a/c. If u want to camp but like having ac & water, this is the place for u. The owner Tony & his sister were fantastic. We went tubing in the lake, fishing & went to Jacobs creek rec area. Love this place & we will be back!

All around perfect home!
Communication was great he was great with explaining and flexible with plans! On arrival he was there and made sure I checked in wit no problems. The property was very peaceful and private. very beautiful location! Definitely will make plans stay again !
