I liked that the room was very clean, well equipped and really spacious. I also enjoyed the vintage-like style of the apartment.

The parking was a little difficult to find for a longer period of time.

It was indeed a short walk to Syntagma and Plaka! The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped with everything you would need for a few days stay. Communication was efficient before arrival. We could check in a little early as apartment hadn't been stayed in during the previous night. Beds and living room seating were comfortable.

Unfortunately, I was in the twin room facing a building site which kicked into action at around 8am. Bang went any leisurely start to the day!

The location and proximity to major attractions is wonderful. It really is just a short walk to Plaka, Syntagma, Ermou, Parliament, etc. Just a little further and you can easily reach Monastiraki and the Acropolis. There are so many great restaurants in the area. The apartment is big and we had everything we needed. Bathroom is super clean and nice.

Apartment windows could use an upgrade which may affect your sleep. Street noise comes through the older windows. The apartment is above a noisy street, which is normal for this part of town. You are also across the street from construction. Weekend noise and music from the bar across the street lasts until approximately 4am. If you are a light sleeper, or if night noise bothers you, then you may have a hard time sleeping. If you are a heavy sleeper, then no worries, and consider this place perfect.

My family and I have stayed at this location in the past because the host is so welcoming and the apartment is great . 3 adults , 1 toddler and 1 baby. The location is perfection . 2 minute walking distance to old Plaka , so many restaurants and shops. Clean and large apartment. Kitchen well equipped . TV has Netflix and YouTube. The outside deck is great with 2 sitting areas.

The music from the restaurants was loud at night but that’s the pay off being so centrally situated in the Plaka area . Well worth it

Noisy street

The apartment is huge and is well equipped! We loved being able to walk to all the major sites and being surrounded by amazing food options.

The evening can get a little noisy but I think that is the case anywhere in Athens.

Everything! This is the best place to stay in Athens. Location can’t be beat. Property was close to everything - sites and very good restaurants and shopping! Very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed. Host was very accommodating, all her restaurant suggestions were great, even shopping tips. We definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.

We highly ejoyed our stay in this apartment. First of all it is very well located. It is distinctly spacious and comfortable. All rooms were fully equipped. We found there all amenities we needed, such as iron, washing machine etc. I strongly recommend this apartment!

Fabulous location in Plaka for sightseeing and restaurants.

Great property

Great location, walking distance to everything. Property is very nicely furnished, and well equipped. Feels like a home that you can settle in to. Cute balcony to enjoy morning coffee.

The only negative is the street noise. Double glazed windows would make a huge difference.
