This property provided a beautiful and fun atmosphere and decor. We came to Rockford to reconnect with family and this was the perfect place to bring family together. Had a great time!!

This home is decorated amazingly, from details in fireplace and layout to all the various decor throughout, so much so that in our 3 day stay we noticed decor we missed even on day 3. The owner is very responsive and helpful. The home is very private, even the place to park is inside a fence making it feel private and secure. We will return.

House was great, very large, everything you would need to relax and enjoy your stay. Backyard is amazing and great place to gather and hangout. Neighborhood isn’t perfect but never felt unsafe, appreciated the large fence and ability to park inside the fence. Overall great time would definitely stay there again.

Better than expected. The home and outdoor areas are fantastic

The house was exactly as the pictures show, but even more fantastic. The extravagance could not be captured in photos. We loved exploring the many things to see and do, from the hottub to the gameroom and many amazing photo opportunities. The house was impeccably cleaned, and the beds were so soft. I wanted to enjoy every room! My ONLY grievances were: how close the neighbors were to the house, but the privacy fence and high walls made us feel the perfect kind of isolated. And that the house would only allow 9 or 10 people if everyone was willing to share beds. It fit 5 of us more comfortably. Otherwise: Highly highly highly suggest staying here with your girls!!! Weekend away with friends to relax and unwind.

The Sedona requires several days/nights to take advantage of all it has to offer. Winter made enjoying the outside priperly so will have to plan a return visit!

Great house, lots of loving care lavished on it by the owner. Many rental homes feel cold and sterile but this felt like a home, with all the kitchen supplies and amenities you would want. The decor is inviting and fun, and the arcade downstairs a huge hit. And it has a hot tub! Marlene was great to work with. Overall top notch rental experience

A comfortable and interesting property filled with a variety of decor accents and fun things to do. We will stay there again in the future as it is a great location near many things we love in Rockford. Marlene is an exceptional host!!!

Family wedding in the area. Due to the rain we were unable to enjoy the beautiful grounds. We enjoyed the interior to the fullest!

Staying at Sedona of Rockford was truly special. My sister and I brought our teens for a last getaway before the start if school and we all could not say enough about the house and backyard. It was like being on a European movie set. Magical. We had a fire, enjoyed the hot tub, and loved exploring this magical property! Can't wait to return.

We were going to be in town for our daughters wedding and came across this property when looking for a place to stay. The pictures intrigued me but it seemed to good to be true. I booked it to save my dates but still wanted to see it prior to holding our daughters rehearsal dinner there. We were traveling to the area to visit the wedding venue and I reached out to see if there was any way we could come see the house prior to our stay. Let me just say that Marlene was nothing less than gracious and accommodating. She met us at the house between guests the same day. The pictures do not do it justice. It is decorated beautifully and designed with little sitting areas and nooks to gather. The backyard is amazing! From the Cantina and Tiki bar to the hot tub and fire pit and chiminea area. We were hooked. Marlene even allowed us to start setting up outside at 1:00 while they were cleaning from the previous guests. The day of the rehearsal the weather didn't cooperate at first and we ended up blowing a fuse. Gigi arrived within 20 minutes to save the day. Thank you GiGi. Thankfully the weather cleared up around 9:00 PM and we were able to enjoy the backyard. The rehearsal dinner was a casual cookout complete with a s'mores bar,drinks in the cantina, agroup dip in the hot tub for the bridal party and game room competitions for the groomsmen. We ended up having the entire bridal party stay with us. We loved our stay and would gladly return to enjoy this unique gem.

This is our second time staying at the Sedona and it’s even better than I remembered! Marlene is so helpful and truly thinks of everything with all of the little touches she adds around the house. We can’t wait to come back next year!!

It was perfect. Cant say that about literally any other place weve stayed. We had a small wedding and it was beautiful. Could not have asked for anything better! The accommodations are wonderful and so is the property manager!

The house itself is even more beautiful than the photos, the yard is very beautiful as well and is so private that you would never guess you were just in a Rockford neighborhood. The host was very gracious, accommodating and communicative. I highly recommend staying here!

This was a great place to gather with our kids and grandkids. We didn't have to find any other place for entertainment because the Cantina, fire pit, hot tub and various areas were perfect for our ever-shifting groups.

The place was great - multiple areas of the house and property have different feels - homey enough for me and my wife to relax and yet big enough to host dinner for our extended Rockford family of all ages (and ALL ages loved it and wanted to have more meals at the house and even sleep over!) Marlene was very communicative and answered all questions before we even asked them Check in and check out were very simple

Great home, great hostess who was beyond accommodating and answered every question right away. Every corner had something interesting to look at and I loved the top floor suite! So private and clean; great for a family gathering.

We enjoyed having a place to relax during a family wedding. The outdoor spaces were beautiful, and the house was well stocked. Extensive communication about the home and the area was helpful. A great weekend getaway!

My wife and I had a great time staying at the villa (celebrating her birthday and our wedding anniversary). The house itself is gorgeous and was very pleasant to stay in. There was construction on a main road just a few houses down, but that honestly wasn’t a bother. Hot tub was a nice touch, and the grounds were very peaceful. A very friendly neighbor cat came to visit a few times while we were sitting outside reading. Property is pretty close to everything in Rockford, and well within delivery distance for many restaurants. The host, Marlene, was incredibly responsive, more so than any host we’ve ever had (and super friendly!). Highly recommend considering this place for your next stay in Rockford!

The property has aromantic atmosphere throughout. It has decorations and spaces for memorable photos inside and outside. The master suite was gorgeous, spacious and tasteful. We enjoyed the spa and beds were comfortable.

The host was so kind helping out with booking and so fast to answer any questions we had. It was my best friends 21st birthday, and we definitely got to enjoy it there. The hot tub was so nice, the rooms were beautiful, and it’s located in a nice spot around the places we wanted to go. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The house was gorgeous and so clean. The outside space was beautiful. Very conveniently located to several breweries as well.

Marlene's villa was a dream. Too bad the weather wasn't cooperative as we would have loved to enjoy the beautiful gardens around the property more. Marlene was very attentive, communicative and accommodating. The hot tub was perfect. I can't wait to go back.

It really doesn't feel like Illinois when you walk on to the property. Everything is as described and then some for this listing. It was in a quiet neighborhood, where no one during my stay was disturbed. This was a very unique spot and would be great for a party or event.
