We felt welcomed the minute we walked through the door. It is an adorable cottage that was cozy, clean & with vintage furnishings & modern kitchen & bathrooms. Communication with the owner was great. Would absolutely stay here again in beautiful Cayucos.

We stayed here for 2 nights on our way from Sonoma County to SoCal- taking my MIL home after the holidays. Home is just as pictured. Great location with ocean views. We walked to the beach. Super clean, nicely decorated, comfy beds. Everything you could want for your stay. Kitchen is well equipped and seems brand new. Decor in the whole house is nicely done. There is plenty of room for everyone. I had a couple questions and the host responded super quick. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay but I don’t want to give it too good of a reputation as it will fill up all time. Seriously, this is a perfect place to enjoy the beach and get to know the SLOW Central coast region

Perfect location with a view of the ocean. Comfortable with room for everyone. Loved this charming cottage in a quiet location. Exactly as pictured, even better once inside. The host had many little extras - snacks in a bowl on our arrival. Every bathroom had little soaps, shampoo and conditioner! and lotion. This place was a gem.

We have stayed once before, and we plan on staying there again in the future! This place is impeccably clean and very comfortable. We can't recommend this place enough!

My adult daughter and I enjoyed our stay! The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed, and we enjoyed ocean views from living room, dining room, two bedrooms and even the main shower! Water and snacks upon our arrival were a nice touch. Beautiful decorator items made for a French Country Cottage feel. We loved it. The only reason I gave a 4-stars for location is because of highway noise. However, traffic got very quiet at night so not a problem sleeping. We would stay here again because we were very comfortable in the house!

My sister, my daughter and myself enjoyed a perfect stay at Nelson‘s house. Besides the perfect location across the street from the beach, it was quiet, spacious, clean and stocked with absolutely everything you need. The kitchen was so nice that we always ate in - the Los Osos market had lots of fresh food, Spencer‘s Market was great, and even stocks some top quality local wines. The game and puzzle cupboard was a fun addition, as well as and the big TV that even has Netflix. We especially enjoyed the many hiking locations with breathtaking views. I would definitely go again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was optimal and allowed us to easily explore not only the Cayucos area, but also Cambria and Morro Bay. We are definitely planning on staying again in the near future. The views were awesome! We enjoyed having a glass of wine and watching the sunset. We have already recommended this place to others.

The house is a perfect place in the most charming beach town. The house is well decorated and well maintained, and we had everything we needed.

We had an issue with a house listed under a different rental agency and needed a house right away. We went on vrbo and found Nelson’s property. Immediately booked it. Nelson responded right away. And then asked Nelson if we could get in a day earlier. He graciously enabled that. When we got to his house, there were a few things that would make the kitchen easier for cooking. Nelson immediately got the articles to the house! He left snacks that we enjoyed all week. Comfortable beds and well stocked to make the stay truly enjoyable. Thanks Nelson!!!

Wonderful cottage in a great location with Ocean view. The cottage was beautifully decorated with chandlers lovey touches. Large picture windows to enjoy ocean view. Very comfortable stay for four, we loved it!!

The house was darling. Very easy check in and found clean and ready. Seemed we had everything thing we needed. Was the perfect location for our wine tasting in Pasa Robles. Would love to stay there again.
