The location is fantastic, short stroll to beach, shops and eateries. The real estate looking after the property were fantastic with communication. The granny flat was done up nice, very beachy .

The granny flat has a "musty" smell. We had to leave the windows open all the time, but could not get rid of the smell which caused a asthma to flare up! A light down the side of the property would be great, as coming home in the dark you needed your phone torch to see where you were walking.

The location is the only good part of this place. I thought the price was too good to be true and it was. The people at the agency were actually really nice too but the property is terrible.

The unit is at the back of an old house, built into an old laundry room under the house. It was extremely wet/damp on arrival and remained like that for the whole week. There was only one towel and because they couldn't dry in the wet room they smelt like mould after a few days. I ended up drying myself with clean T-shirts (I had to drive to The Entrance to clean them because there is no laundry near by). As well as being damp, it was very humid with bad ventilation and an air con that just blows room temperature air. Because of all this it was a sweaty, uncomfortable sleep that made the bed smell. I honestly have never stayed in a more negative environment in my life.
