Village Green - 2 Bedroom Condo
Condo de style maison de ville sur deux étages situé en bordure de Mountain Road (route 108) sur un terrain de 31 acres. En hiver, raquette ou ski de fond à la porte de la propriété communautaire. À quelques minutes du domaine skiable de Stowe et non loin de Sugarbush.

Des courts de tennis sont sur place. Les piscines intérieure et extérieure ont des chaises longues et des serviettes de piscine sont fournis dans l'unité. Le bâtiment communautaire comprend des jeux vidéo, de l’air hockey, une table de billard et une table de ping-pong. La communauté et ses environs disposent d'un accès WI-FI gratuit. L'unité est équipée d'un accès Internet sans fil et d'une télévision par câble. Stockage suffisant pour l'équipement dans la salle de boue.

Excellent location, just in the middle of Stowe. Close to all spots of various activities, in the range from quite walking and hiking, to golf and biking (mountain included) and finally beer tasting at a couple of nearby breweries.
The place was clean and well maintained.
Ashley, the manager/owner, was very attentive and responded to our even additional requests promptly and with great efficiency. We seriously consider to return next summer if possible.

The place was perfect for my wife and 2 kids. You can tell a lot of thought went into the details and accomodations…. The kitchen set up, the local area and community guidebook, pool towels, the cleanliness, etc.
The unit also has a new high end mini-split air conditioning system so it was super comfortable despite being 90+ degrees outside.
There is a gas grill, table/chairs, and well manicured greenspace out back - which is ideal for relaxing and playing outdoor games in the evening.

Another great week in Stowe. The condo was just as advertised. The unit was clean, well stocked, and the perfect home base for our vacation. The location is great - only steps from the Stowe village restaurants and breweries and only 10 minutes from the mountain. Tim was very responsive prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend!

The Condo had everything we needed. Easy to get to the mountain. Restaurants close and food is good.
Grocery stores pretty close as well.
WiFi available worked great, rooms were good too.
My husband and I and another couple felt we had all we needed.

Condo was very clean and neat. Fantastic location with a short drive to mountain for skiing as well close access to restaurants, bowling, brewery, stores, and other activities. Easy and clear communication with property manager during check in process. Would definitely consider renting again.

Just a couple of issues. We felt the King size bed was too hard and we didn’t realize that both bedrooms AND bathrooms were upstairs. No downstairs bathroom at all. We also kept looking for the WiFi password and finally discovered that there was no Wi-Fi. If you wanted to go to the opposite end of the property you could use the Wi-Fi from the Office. On the plus side - the condo was very clean - the kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the TV in the bedroom!! Village agreement is very conveniently located!

We stayed for a week in August with our 9 and 10-year-old. The property had a lot to offer with swimming and tennis. The unit itself was spacious and very clean. The location was excellent, right near the rec path, shopping and restaurants. The owner was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Definitely won't stay here again!

Perfect place and perfect location
This was the perfect place for my family to use as a home base to explore. We could walk to the bike path, play frisbee on the huge back lawn, swim in the pool or drive to swimming holes ans hiking spots. The condo was clean, well equipped and very quiet. We loved it.

FANTASTIC stay. We didn't want to go home!
The property was very clean and the check-in process was exceptional. Even though it is a tightly packed complex, the unit was extremely quiet--if you were in the main bedroom with the door closed and the AC on, you honestly couldn't hear anything even from the living room, let alone the neighbors.
The kitchen was well-equipped and well-appointed, with lots of pots, pans, and utensils. There are two coffeemakers, one drip and one K-cup. The freezer makes short work of the ice cube trays, and there were lots of dishes, cups, glasses, etc.
The property is a very short ride to the Stowe bike path, which was really convenient (we had brought our own bikes). There's a cute little seating area out back next to the grill that overlooks the neighboring golf course and the Little River (can't really see the river for the trees, but it's there). The neighbors had hanging flowers and a hummingbird feeder, so we saw a lot of hummingbirds. There are several good restaurants within walking distance, and the bike path will take you right to town center (walking or riding).
The property owner was incredibly responsive. Definitely an A+ experience, and we would absolutely consider staying here again on future trips.

Great trip!
This condo was just what we needed for a hone base to explore Stowe. Walkable restaurants, coffee and rec path, and close drive to so many great hikes! We loved the outdoor pool too. During this time of COVID Tim and the staff here were great at answering all of our questions and ensuring we had a great stay.

Wonderful condo and manager!
We had a wonderful time renting this property. It was very clean, well stocked kitchen, fresh linens and pillows, and a great gas fireplace. There was plenty of room to eat at the dining room table and to sit in the living room. It’s well located in the Village Green area, close to the pool but also has an unobstructed view of trees and mountains. And it’s a quick drive to Stowe for skiing. Tim was a wonderful manager - he supplied plenty of information and was very timely with his responses. We’d go back in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Cozy home!!!
From the moment I stepped in I was thrilled! Very Cozy, super clean and well maintained. That goes for the facilities as well! Jacuzzi was around 103-104 degrees, hot enough to turn yah into soft boiled egg stage! Great pool and sauna too! All a must when recovering from the long skiing day!
I will say this if you are looking for a more upscale and modern setting keep on scrolling. This isn't a place of luxury... which is in no way a negative comment!
I traveled with 2 other friends and it was great for us and it would be great for a family of 4+ as well!
Even though I did not use the kitchen it has it all! Every possible cooking utensil, baking pans, saute pans etc.
We got about 15+ inches during the MLK weekend, the roads and driveways were cleaned, all the pathways were cleared and salted to your door... like I said the property is VERY WELL maintained. I will be back again Tim! Thank you very much!
