Excellent breakfast and a great big pool. You do need transport though

Das The La Valle'e Resort hat mir bei der Auswahl über booking.com gleich zugesagt. Ich wollte ein Hotel, das nicht zentral gelegen ist und von dem ich Ausflugsmöglichkeiten habe. Ich denke, es ist eher 3 Sterne Niveau und nicht wie angegeben 4 Sterne. Man übernachtet nicht in einem großen Haus, das muss man bedenken. Die Einrichtung ist zwar sauber aber in die Jahre gekommen, erfüllt aber den Zweck. Das Zimmer war blitz sauber und freundlich eingerichtet, gefehlt hat mir ein Safe in dem ich meine Wertsachen einschließen könnte. Das Personal war einfach super, freundlich absolut Hilfsbereit und gut organisiert. Alle hier sind sehr freundlich und haben sich z. B. Minuten nach meiner Anfrage wegen einer weicheren Matratze sofort versucht darum zu kümmern. Ich durfte in anderen Zimmern mal die Matratzen testen, aber leider sind sie alle sehr hart ausgelegt. Die Anlage selbst liegt sehr weit außerhalb, so das man sogar mit dem Navi durch die unterschiedlichen Schreibweisen Probleme hat es zu finden. Es ging dann nur mit den Koordinaten die Booking.com bereitgestellt hat. Selbst einheimische kennen das Resort nicht. Toll ist die Poolanlage, mit direktem Zugang über die Terrasse könnte man sogar zum Frühstück schwimmen. Das Frühstück war für mich OK aber eher Thailändisch als International. Lecker sind auch die Mittags und Abendgerichte die zu moderaten Preisen angeboten werden.

Die extrem harten Betten waren schon gewöhnungsbedürftig und das WLAN in meinem Zimmer weiter hinten kaum zu gebrauchen, schade das könnte man besser machen.

Bedden zijn spiksplinternieuw. Ingekocht op lang levendigheid. Gevolg: beton en wat harder. Is echt extreem. Ontbijt: karig.. tot dat de grote eigenaresse kwam met haar familie. Toen zeer uitgebreid en luxe. ( Reden na gevraagd: te weinig gasten( maar al met al een goed verblijf. Super aardig personeel. Oja reminder. Opstaande randjes (teennagel afgescheurd) en spekgladde vloeren wanneer Nat...

Ruhige Lage, Preis / Leistung stimmt, wir waren mit dem Auto dort und somit kein Problem alles gut zu erreichbar.

We were the only ones in the entire resort, which gave us loads of privacy. Value for money is great! The pool was huge and the room clean and comfortable. Absolutely loved the attention to detail from the housekeeper!!

This property gets mixed up with another one in Khao Lak, so not a lot of taxis know where to go at first. Very isolated, so that you basically have to eat in the restaurant of the hotel.

Only 2 pillows and only 2 small bath towels when staying in the pool access room No mobile signal at this we expected the wifi to work sadly not. Great if you want to be 100% off the grid

Its very diffiult to judge a property straight after Covid. I would like to come back in a year when things have fully recovered, and some more money has come through the door. I think this place is worth a visit and no doubt will be fantastic again.

The bungalows are fine. Breakfast is very basic but okay. Environment between the mountains was very nice, but it’s far away from the city, better be mobile

The bed for me was way to hard to a point I got hip problems. Wifi is absolutely bad. Mobile Connection in general is bad. Super annoying if you plan from working there. Cleaning staff knocks on the door at 09:00am with all shades shut and wants to clean the room, this happened 3 times out of 4 days.. would be way better if they clean a bit later Reception staff seems unmotivated.

The breakfast was very good. There was a good selection of Thai and Western food every day. The location was beautiful, very peaceful, surrounded by trees. There was a large pool with direct access from the room.

The only thing which I thought was not good enough was the air conditioning. It didn't cool the room down sufficiently. I'm not sure if it was just our room or all the rooms. The air conditioning units did look too small for the size of the rooms.

very good resort, quiet, in the middle of nowhere. the resort has bikes for rent so easy to get to the city or to the beach. the staff are so lovely

Great food, location,staff and views

- Staff very pleasant and helpful. - Room spacious and comfortable, (unlike previous comments we didn't find the bed hard at all, contrary to some real thai hotel we stayed with concrete hard beds). - Pool access a definite plus but the bungalows close to another pool looked very nice too. - Breakfast excellent with a bonus of a few thai desserts specialities which were appreciated. - Great smoothies and very good fish & chips at lunchtime. - Pleasant and quiet location, but need a set of wheels to get anywhere. No problem for us as we have our own car. - Fabulous sunset. Highly recommended and for sure we will be back.

- Not much water pressure at the sink (maybe need of cleaning inside the tap) yet plenty of pressure in the shower - Had a little mishap with the fish we ordered at dinner, didn't look good, but they changed it and we ordered something else which was fine.

Simple, essential but clean and comfortable. Good value for money in the week days, but become more expensive for the week end

No chairs available in the room. Light switches in wrong position, you cannot light up the room from the bed. Just one bed table

The location.. you definitely need a taxi/car/scooter to go somewhere, it really is in the middle of nowhere 😄 And the bed was so hard.. didnt have a comfortable sleep

Useless location. Very much of the grid. Was expecting a view with this mountain location. It was a pit on a mountain. No need to visit this place.
