The location being so central & close to cafes & restaurants.

It took awhile for us to get access into the property & the security guard downstairs of the building wasn’t helpful about enquiring the keys which wasn’t in the box as advised.

The location is great and the staff was professional. The internet connection is also good.

There were a few miscommunications during the check in but everything is good. There are no free parking space in the vicinity (the property already informed us beforehand regarding this issue)

I could make a long list of things that were very disappointing, but things are much easier described in just Two Words .... DONT BOTHER !

It's more or less a km away from Boulevard. There are restaurants right across.

No parking space. So we had to park somewhere else.

The place is great. I wish we stayed more than a day. There's water heater in the shower, it's spacious, clean, comfortable, and the location is near establishments.

None really. I liked it a lot.

The staff was not accommodating. The hot and cold shower was not working.

The place is quiet, you can feel the sea breeze in the evening when you go out. Lot of restaurant to choose from near the area. Great location. AC is cold. Hot shower. Smart TV. Fast Internet (WiFi)

Guards are very strict, I was asked many times about my guests, the name of my guests. and when we use the pool seems like it is not for everyone they are very strict with the number of guests and they asked again the names. I already provided everything to the owner Rany seems the coordination from the entrance gate to the entrance of the building and the guard at the pool are not sync with the information provided. The owner is very responsive while the caretaker does not respond. Caretaker need to check some appliances (rice cooker that is not working, not turning ON needs repair, AC filter need cleaning) seems the caretaker have not check these items. But I have reported them to the owner. Overall it was a wonderful experience, we enjoyed the pool, we have good sleep at night.
