Manuel Antonio has many mountains. The location of the hotel close to the park is great. You can also walk to the beach. Staff was friendly. We could leave our luggage for a late departure. The room was a great surprise, clean and private (garden view). Highly recommended!

De iglo was redelijk schoon en de locatie was prima. Het strand was 100 meter lopen. Airco en het bed waren erg fijn.

Chagrijnig en verveeld personeel. Douche was heet en ijskoud en de afvoer was verstopt. Vlekken op het beddengoed en handdoeken. De iglos waren oud en matig onderhouden.

1. Personnel exécrable et malhonnête (manager et receptionniste) : un accueil glacial sans politesse, une première facturation de notre séjour de 3 nuits à notre arrivée pour plus de 4000 USD, puis une nouvelle facturation en fin de journée de 40USD plus élevée que notre réservation booking, une machine à CB en panne au moment du paiement (plus d'internet dans l'hotel jusqu'au lendemain midi), qui nous a contraint à régler en cash immédiatement car le manager a refusé d'effectuer une nouvelle tentative le lendemain matin. Après renseignements, ces méthodes sont illégales. Le personnel ne nous a plus du tout adressé la parole de tout le séjour. 2. Climatisation en panne : à notre arrivée, on nous annonce que la climatisation de notre igloo ne fonctionne pas. On nous demande de rester dans la chambre pour surveiller les ouvriers... !!!!! Nous refusons et demandons une autre chambre. Aucune disponibilité n'est annoncée. Nous passons une première nuit dans une chambre sans climatisation. Le lendemain, on nous imposera de changer d'igloo. 3. Literie très inconfortable 4.. Absence de rangement dans la chambre : il n'y a absolument aucun emplacement pour ranger vos vêtements. 5. Petit déjeuner médiocre: plusieurs formules proposées avec comme unique boisson du café (le thé est en supplément !) et un jus d'orange à l'eau. En échangeant avec les locaux sur notre experience, nous avons appris que cet hôtel avait très mauvaise réputation.

Great location and super cool concept. Food at the restaurant is great and the main waitress was super friendly.

Weird vibes from the girl at the front desk being a bit rude multiple times.

The room was cosy and beautifully furnished. The swimming area was very nice, nice pool and plenty of plants!

The breakfast was not good and the restaurant had really poor options of plates. Since we stayed for four nights, we left the hotel sick of the smells of the kitchen. A downside in a beautiful hotel.

The room was a little dated and needed a little sprucing up (paint, updating the bathroom, etc)

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was super cute, but for the money, they should have better internet. To say that it was slow is an understatement, so if you’re trying to work, this spot is not for you. That being said, the room was super clean and the property very Instagramable.

The internet— come on peeps, fast internet should be a given in this price point.

The location and facilities were really perfect. We had a double bed and a room with two beds. They were both very good, the room with two beds with the garden view were bigger. We did not have any problem with the shower as many people write here. Airco was really well. Best we had. Everyday new towels. Monkeys in the trees every day. On my request my laundry was done for a very reasonable price. That was so helpful. Every morning we walked along the beach. Just 2 min along the path. I totally recommend.

Overall everything was really nice. But we were kind of disappointed that the plant based restaurant wasn't plant based at all. There were no vegan options on the menu (although they made something) and the world famous vegan chef seemed nowhere to be found. At breakfast when we wanted to order something vegan, it seems that we got less than the people with egg bacon etc. It would have been nice if we'd gotten the idea that the vegan option is a regular one too. Although we got some avocado, initially we were told that we had to pay for it. That was the only recommendation we would like to make.

Nice rooms with good environment, close to the beach.

Unpleasant staff (front desk and restaurant). I sent several texts for the hotel, with special requests, and no one answer. For breakfast they only had options with eggs and had no flexible to offer other options.

Beautiful, quirky, cool, relaxing and so close to beautiful beach.

the rooms were a bit disappointing. no where to hang clothes, no filtered water facilities and no coffee making in the room, which I feel for the price point really should have been included. The bread at breakfast was the cheapest possible bread you could have had. The included breakfast certainly wasn’t as good value for money as other included breakfasts we’ve had. We were there for our honeymoon, something we made clear on our booking, and although we didn’t expect anything for free, other hotels have at least left us a little note or something acknowledging it. There was also 0 attempt to up sell or provide information. I would have expected them to at least suggest we should try their beach picnic.
