Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The complemenry breakfast items was very thoughtful.

What a gem this place is. Small and perfectly formed, an open plan living room/kitchen with everything we needed to be comfortable. The bed in the separate bedroom was comfortable and the location was excellent - out of town to be quiet, but an easy 20 minute walk to the centre of this beautiful town. Hosts friendly and checked we had all we needed. Shower was good pressure.

very minor issue with coffee needed to be topped up, and maybe invest in some better, thicker towels - but nothing that really took away from our great nights sleep.

The location was excellent, just 10 minutes walk to the town centre. The property was clean, comfortable and well equipped, and beautifully decorated. Our hosts had kindly left us tea, coffee etc so we did not have to go shopping straight away.

Lovely accommodation, had everything you could want plus complimentary breakfast items which was very welcome.

Lovely holiday home

The property was light, spacious and airy. Plenty of opportunity to cool the place down if it is hot. It was a very quiet and peaceful spot with easy parking. No road noise whatsoever. Easy to get to town from here as well. Generous breakfast provided. Top quality place to stay.

Superb little house, very clean and comfortable. Friendly warm welcome from our hosts. Complimentary breakfast supplies a lovely surprise. The hosts have thought of everything that maybe required to make your stay a home from home. Beautifully furnished lovely soft pillows. Good location 15minutes walk to the shops, restaurants and castle. We would definitely reccomend this little gem thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Very comfortable and well equipped annex. The selection of food "essentials" and breakfast goods were unexpected and appreciated.

Communication was good and it was exactly as described. There was complimentary milk bananas tea and coffee cereal and bread.

A perfect place for a stop over, great breakfast provisions. Town was walking distance. Clean and conformable.

Comfortable.Very quiet.Nice location.Nice touches like cereals,bread,Coffee etc left for us.There was everything you needed. The host was really nice.We would certainly recommend it to other people.

We found that when we ran water down the kitchen sink there was a very strong smell of drains in the bathroom which also went into the bedroom. I think it's because it's a pumped waste system. It should be easily solved.

it was lovely to have a space to relax in, to put your feet up make a cup of tea when you wanted. we slept very well, we were warm and cosy on a very cold night. it was a short walk to the centre of town. it was lovely having a selection of breakfast items to enjoy and fresh milk . Marie and Tony were very welcoming.

the en suit was a bit small.

Hello The property had good access to Ludlow and car parking. Breakfast ingredients was a real surprise.

Good location and parking for car. 10-15 mins walk into town centre. A lovely town with lots to explore - tudor houses and a castle. We did some good walks in the surrounding countryside. Complementry breakfast items for the first morning were a bonus.
