Deming Crossing est l'un des duplex les plus chics disponibles à Frisco. Avec un mobilier moderne, une toute nouvelle cuisine ultramoderne et un décor magnifique, vous vous sentirez comme chez vous dans ce duplex haut de gamme 1 chambre + loft avec 2 salles de bains. Il y a assez de place pour 7 personnes.Vous ne pouvez vraiment pas battre l'emplacement de ce duplex, il n'est qu'à un demi-pâté de maisons de la rue Main et l'arrêt de la navette est à quelques pas.

Our first and lasting impression of this rental was the filthy, soiled stairs going from the entrance to the main floor. We contacted the property manager & we were asked to provide photos. We checked back the next day and were told a cleaning order had been placed. That was the last time we heard from them. Otherwise, it was a very nice, well appointed property in a very good location. The attached garage was a plus but a little tight for our Jeep Wrangler. Too bad the carpet was such a negative issue that we had to face each time we entered or left the condo.

We absolutely loved staying at Deming Crossing Duplex. 100% we would stay here again. Close to everything, and yet just far enough away. The place was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. 10 out of 10!

This condo was perfect for our 4-night stay in Frisco. It was clean, well-stocked and looked just like the pictures. The only issue we had was the parking. The truck we rented would not fit in the one-car garage and the door leading from the garage to interior of condo does not lock so you could not leave the vehicle partially sticking out of the garage. We had to park the truck in a public parking lot about a mile down the road and walk back to the condo each evening. There is free parking on Main St, but only until 2am. No biggie, just know a standard size 4x4 truck is about 2" too long for this garage and there is nowhere else nearby to park. Everything else with the condo was amazing and location could not have been better! I would definitely stay here again (with a smaller vehicle).

What a cute town! Just a block away from Main Street which is adorable, has a ton of shops and restaurants, and a beautiful view of the mountains. The condo was extremely clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was well built as well, with quality material- a solid house!...not something I usually put in a review but we definitely noticed the quality. We did not hear our neighbors at all. It was a set of 4 beautiful condos- 2 attached to each other, not some big complex. It was very, very nice and private.

This duplex is wonderful! My husband and I stayed in it over a long weekend - it is beautifully decorated and just a block of Frisco's main street. Since it snowed while we were there, we appreciated being able to park our car in the garage. The unit is very clean, the kitchen is spacious and well-stocked, and everything really was just perfect! Would absolutely stay here again when we go to Frisco.

We loved staying right in town Frisco. The location was quiet and the condo was spacious and comfortable. It was also fairly close to the bus stop with service to the mountain. Finishes were higher end and included everything we needed to prepare meals. We would definitely consider another stay in the future.

My wife and I spent a glorious week in Colorado staying at this condo in Frisco. The location was ideal for driving to various ski resorts during the day and for walking to restaurants at night. The condo was perfectly appointed down to the heated floors and cozy blankets. We will be back!

Our stay in this home was even better than we anticipated. We were in the center of Frisco in close walking distance to all restaurants and shops. The views were stunning, and the home was just beautiful. It was clean, upscale, and had everything we needed and more. The communication with the rental company was excellent and we had no issues. We would rent this place again on our next visit.

We loved this property. If you've ever been to Breckenridge in the winter you know how important a heated garage is. This place had it all. Close to all 3 ski resorts nearby and super walkable to Main St in Frisco.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this condo . It is really comfortable and close to the main st in Frisco . The beds are some of the most comfortable we’ve slept in ! I would highly recommend this property .

This is our 3rd August staying in Frisco and this place was by far the best so far. Location in town is perfect as we like to walk to the shops and restaurants. Since we stayed most of the month we prepared several meals there. The kitchen is well stocked. We had everything we needed and the quality of the was excellent. Great place.

Perfect location and accommodations! Clean place that is close to everything. Walk to everything that downtown Frisco has to offer - one block off the Main Street and everything cute and fun! Food, fun, quirky shops and concert series for the summer. Walk to the Frisco lake as well. Easy and quick drive to Breck, Keystone or Silverthorne. Just note - there are a few flights of stairs if you have lots of luggage or just don't like stairs :) Place is amazing and this wasn't an issue for us. Alley and garage is tight if you are in a full size SUV - again, not a problem for us and our Subaru but noting for others.

We were looking for a spot that was central to a few ski destinations at I don’t think we could have found a more ideal spot.
The location was perfect between Copper, Keystone, Breck & Vail. But on top of that this place was perfect for our family of 4. Modern, super clean, all the necessities & the location was perfect. Easily walkable to all the restaurants and shops. It’s literally located 1 block from a couple restaurants, bakery’s & bars.
The drive in and out of town was super easy and we didn’t have to deal with any resort traffic on the roads or in the restaurants.

We rented this unit for 17 days for skiing. We loved the ideal location to Main St. Frisco for access to shops and restaurants. The heated garage was a plus. During our stay we had another couple join us for a few days. The only caveat to mention is the second bedroom is a loft but is right beside the primary bedroom and uses a shared bathroom, so privacy for the loft bedroom was not ideal. Most units we've rented in the past have a loft that is on its own floor. The condo was well equipped and we loved the ample light coming in from three sides. The heated garage was definitely a plus. The bedrooms are on the 3rd floor so initially while adjusting to the altitude it was a challenge to go from the garage to the top floor. We contacted Summit Mountain Rentals ac couple of times during our stay and they were prompt, professional, and friendly. A wonderful stay!

One block off main street ! likes: heated garage, mud room, views , open concept kitchen, fireplace and the bed was so comfy! I only wish check in was sooner than 4! and if you stay here/ you must go to good times for the did sledding!!!

The house is beautiful (pictures are accurate). The perfect for families. Our truck was too big for the garage (we have a dodge Dooley) but the parking just outside the building was close and was easy parking. Location was perfect. Highly recommend.
