B'fast was cereals & serve yourself from the fridge. Location was good.

I loved everything about it was cosy warm, staff were polite and really lovely would defiantly stay again! Very clean through out smelt lush 🍋 highly appreciated and would definitely recommend! Thank u both for having us. 😚

The managers were exceptional and a lovely couple who provided a full & excellent reception service. The room was clean and spacious and a comfortable bed. Although I did not use the continental breakfast myself, it seemed plentiful and easily accessible in a large dining room. I would recommend and use this B&B again as it is far superior to the other budget Hotels & B&B's I have used whilst visiting Hartlepool.

Stayed here on a few occasions now. Paul and Julie are really friendly, polite and helpful. All rooms are imacculately clean. Tea/coffee and biscuits are replenished in the room daily Breakfast had a good selection of cereals pastries, cereal bars, toast etc and fridge always has cheeses and ham for snacks.
