As a cheap place to stay in the area it was ok but a B&B probably would have been better!
Salted caramel yoghurt is not for breakfast and the granola left was pretty old, TV had a cheap aerial, and could not pick up Satellite channels or connect to the wi fi, Tea/Coffee maker, Iron, additional toilet, were not evident!
iPod dock or USB charging point were not available.
Flat-screen TV was old and held to the wall with a bracket that could not turn so you could not see the screen from the bed.
Cats persistently trying to enter the room.

It was clean and provided good facilities
It was damp, the towels were wet with damp and so was the bedding and the outside area was not lit, so we found it difficult to find our way

This is our second stay - good parking for our car and trailer in a peaceful location near to our venue. Comfy bed with fragrant bed linen and good a seating area. Good shower in the bathroom.Useful facilities for preparing a light breakfast with some items kindly provided.Super outdoor space. Good communication with the host

It was a lovely quiet and secluded location with all the facilities we needed for our stay. In addition to the usual bed and bathroom there was a fridge and microwave with some supplies for breakfast of we wanted that.
Nothing - it was a different type of place to stay from a hotel room and had everything we wanted.

Great communication with the owner and even gave recommendations for local restaurants. Made to feel at home and was even provided with complimentary breakfast options. Super cosy room and loved the ability to have a drink outside in the sun, we even made friends with the cats.

The location was beautiful and ideal for the occation I was attending. Breakfast was not included but tea and coffee making facilities were provided including a microwave. The host was very hospitable and friendly. We will definately stay there again.
Parhaps a few plastic plates and cutlerys for use with takeaway. I am sure the host would have provided should I have asked. Overall, a lovely place to stay.

Location perfect for our needs
A mirror in the bedroom would have helped with hair drying. The duvet was very thin and not really warm enough for such a cold night. Extra proper top up blankets would have helped. Kettle didn’t look very savoury, so didn’t use. The location for our visit was the biggest plus point and very reasonably priced. Good to have our own fridge too.

The cottage was perfect for our needs as it was close to where we were attending for a wedding reception. The room had everything that you needed for an overnight stay and was clean and comfortable.
The only thing I can think of was that there was no mirror in the room, only the 1 in the bathroom. So there was no where to be able to style my hair etc which was a bit awkward when going to a wedding reception. Maybe one be could be hung on the wall behind the bedside table.

Booked it for my moms birthday night away and she absolutely loved it. The lovely lady that owned it could not be more helpful, and even went and got a cake to leave for my mom. I'm so grateful she made everything so easy and my parents had a lovely stay. Thank you.
