the location is perfect. just behind of the house has a castle. walk along the lake was so nice. supermarket is just cross of the street and bakery was also 1min walk and ATM also was next to the bakery.
the house looks better than the photos and cute old house.
Well, the towels were too old, and one had some orange spots on it. So, we didn't use the towel. It would be ideal if a microwave and kitchen equipment were included, as some unneeded items were in the draw. I believe it would be better to eliminate.

Great location right near the water and only a short drive into Thun and only half an hour to Interlaken. Communication with the owner was great and prompt. They helped us out with an early check in!
WiFi kept turning off. Not ideal if you have to work or want to watch a movie on your laptop!

A nice largish unit with a entrance, a dining/living room with kitchen and an adjoining bedroom.

The location is great, it’s close to the lake with a great view and in front of the supermarket. Parking could be found few blocks away.
My family is used to street noise during the evening but even for us, the sound from the road was too loud. Also the house is all made of wood, so we could listen all the movements from the guests in the apartment upstairs. Mainly in the bed that is below the stairs, the noise was loud. We had to separate the trash and put some stickers that had to be bought at the supermarket. There was no clear instruction on what do (or which sticker to buy) and Google was not really helpful. I didn’t wanted to worry about putting the trash out during my vacation.

It an Apartment, The Key collection arrangement was good
We booked for 3 nights in 2 Apartments - after check-in 2 apartments, we were asked to moved to one apartment in the middle of the mid-night, phobia what was happened, we decided to check out next morning, stayed for one night instead of 3 nights. Emailed to Booking.com regarding this but has NO RESPOND, but still waiting The Owner to reply & refund the rest 2 nights.

Extremely noisy day and night due to the road just outside the windows. This made it difficult to sleep well and relax in the appartement.

The apartment is very good. It is a big size apartment and location is very good just opposite to supermarket and 15 minutes by bus from Thun. The best thing is that the back side of the property there is a ferry station also. Only one thing I feel that is not in the apartment is European to Swiss connector for laptop charger.

We were visiting my parents and the location was incredibly ideal. Both apartments are updated and clean with the right amount of amenities. Jasmin, who was our contact was very responsive and helpful. Our coffee machine wasn't working and she replaced it within 24 hours. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.
Other guests have commented on the street noise and I do agree that is very noisy with the building being right on the street. We had white noise makers to sleep which helped. The linens were a bit lacking (proper pillows and duvets). It's just a matter of replacing some of the older lumpier pillows. Again, Jasmin was very helpful in getting us more towels. The free Wi-fi is great, but it disconnected regularly multiple times a day.

Location is nice but the best of Thun is 4 kms away.
No space for parking your car (if you are travelling by car). Bus station is about a Km away which is the other way to get to the location. Overall acessability is slightly difficult and not having parking is a big minus

We had the top apartment with huge terrace facing Thun lake and Oberhofen castle. The terrace was perfect for breakfast and you can enjoy the lake view there.
It's a bit noisy, as the main road goes right next to the house. The furniture is quite old, that's why table is shaking, the bed wasn't very comfortable and we accidentally broke the glass on the commode, as it was not really made for the furniture and not attached properly.

All the other sightseeings were very easily accessible.
I didn't like the payment method that one should pay in advance without even seeing the rooms.
No mountain view, only you see a very noisy road 😉 😀 . 5 sleepless nights.

It was writen two bedrooms, but there was only one.
One bed was in floor 😴 under the stairs 😴 like Harry Potter.
