The only good thing about staying here was I was with my team. Decent breakfast.

Upon checking in, the lady at the front desk informed me that my booking was cancelled. In my app, it still said CONFIRMED. But she kept on insisting that on their end, my booking was cancelled. I was staying in this hotel with my team. She offered for me to stay at the hotel across the paking lot at the Embassy Suites. I told her I booked this hotel because we did not want to stay at Embassy. I contacted the booking.com customer service and sure enough, my booking is not cancelled and the lady was able to "finally" find it. She tried to make excuses on why she could not find it before. She was not very friendly and was just very stoic. Another thing I did not like was that the house keeping would come and try to clean the room when I was still in the room. I learned from the first day that if they attempted to clean and I was still occupying the room, they will not return and actually clean your room for you. The next day, the same thing happened and they tried to clean while I was still in the room. This time, I made sure to tell the front dest to have them clean the room when I was out of the room. The day after that, same thing happened again. I went to the front desk and requested for my room to be cleaned. THIS TIME, THEY DID NOT COME BACK TO CLEAN!! I was left no clean towel and an unmade bed. I called the front desk to report what had happened and she (same lady that checked me in) said she cant do anything about it. She did not even offer to bring me up some towels. She told me to come down and get some towels from her at the lobby. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also, from checking in, the shower had stains on the wall and the floor. That stain stayed there for the whole week i was there. The housekeepers did not clean. Another thing I do not like about this hotel is the location. It is in the middle of no where. I was not in charge of deciding where my team was staying. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.

Staff was amazing.breakfast was good as well.

The beds were not of my liking,but my expectations  are very high when coming to beds.
