The staff was very professional and courteous.

The surprise charge of $75 dollars for damages (yes it maybe refunded but they should say that when people book the room on websites). The bathroom was dirty where there was pubic hair behind the sink, scuff marks on the walls, the beds are very lumpy where I think I would have gotten better sleep sleeping in the car or on the floor.

The customer service rep was very friendly. She helped ensure I had a solid experience from the moment I walked in, to the moment I got to my room. The hotel room itself was well stocked with the typical hotel amenities, nothing crazy, but still appreciated.

The bed was pretty hard, led to some restless nights there. Furthermore, there was a large dog staying there (They are pet friendly) that would not stop barking. Which didn't help the already restless night.

it stunk, elevator broke down a lot, the ice machine was broken, the air temperature was not ok, and things didn’t get fixed right away

There was no breakfast and me and my partner was treat like crap the staff and housekeeping was very rude and disrespectful curtain was dirty bed had cigarettes burns in the bedding sheets was not cleaned right had yellow stains tv wasn't working told the staff and asked for a different room the guy told me no and they'll fix the tv never did
