Location and view.

Air Conditioning is in Bedroom only. And it would have been good to know before that the swimming pool is not in the same lot than the house but across the road.

The property is beautiful and the location was majestic. Our concierge Bènè helped us a lot by planning the itinerary without an extra charge. All her suggestions were great. The area felt safe. The breakfast was very delicious and very fresh local produce. The night before you select the items you want for breakfast and for how many people.

I didn't like that we were quoted a rate of 22 euros per person for breakfast at the time of booking location, but upon arrival, we were told that it was 32 euros. And for the amount you are paying per person some of the products were sparse. For example, when you ask for croissants for 3 people you would be only offered one croissant. A lot of things communicated on booking.com and by the owners were not clear. For example, the listing, states that there is a washing machine on the property, however, there is not and we had to use the paid laundry and pressing service. The security code is very easy, it should be updated for each guest on arrival.

Thé gardens and location were great.

It was a little formal for our family. beautiful decor but just a little formal.

The daily breakfast prepared by the owner to our liking was a wonderful start to our day.

Room cleaning started before check-out, while we were still in the room, which was rather odd.

The owner is super nice and attentive, the property is huge , well maintained and ideal for family vacation. local staff takes care of the day to day cleaning and can also prepare breakfast upon request ( with extra cost) this allows the luxury of an enjoyable,lovely breakfasts in the property’s breathtaking terrace.

We were enjoying the property during September, due to very nice weather some bees (very few) joined us. Those who are allergic should take it in their consideration in vacation timing.
