La vista y ubicación de las villas es maravillosa. El concepto increíble, la atención de los muchachos de recepción es impecable. Las cerraduras alfanuméricas son un super detalle que he visto en pocos hoteles.

La cama que nos toco demasiado incómoda. Muy suave a los lados y el centro firme, cómo si tuviera resortes rotos. Además las cuerdas que bajan las persianas para dormir se quedan pegadas y el sistema en sí es complicado.

Ik vind het altijd fijn als er ook een restaurant om even te zitten en koffie te drinken want ik reis alleen maar het ontbijt was in het hotel verderop. Heerlijk verder.

Die Aussicht auf den Arenal war toll. Lage top, direkt an den „Hanging Bridges“.

Frühstück außer Haus, im Nachbarhotel - dazu braucht man ein Auto. 2.Option: das Café bei den Hanging Bridges. Dazu muß man über den Parkplatz laufen.

Not much wildlife around that we saw even with the foliage, restaurant options very limited with limited commute options. Delivery from one of the restaurants is 10 dollars and all others is 25 dollars extra. Going to the closest town la fortuna is also hard because of limited transportation options. The restaurant across closed at 3pm. Included Breakfast option needs a shuttle to get to and that is only at 830 AM.

The views were unbelievable. Staff was very helpful and kind. Peaceful and quiet location. A couple activities within walking distance.

30 minute taxi to la Fortuna town. Best to have a car with you.

Beautiful location in the rainforest. Lovely rooms which were comfortable and had everything we needed.

We loved that we saw a wide variety of animals just from our room! Peccaries, Coati, spider monkeys, etc... The rooms were great and it was nice to be able to cook and do laundry. Breakfast was wonderful!

Anything that we had an issue with, the staff took care of right away (like the washing machine not working correctly at first) so we actually loved it all!

The room was amazing, directly facing the Arenal volcano and surrounded by rain forest and the jungle. The location of the Lodge is right adjacent to the park with plenty of hiking trails.

Expect a lot of wild life at night, but they do not want to harm you.

Excellent views, great place for a meal or a drink. Friendly staff very hospitable. Good yoga classes. Short walk to bar Olgas and restaurant La Luna. Shuttle into North Guianes. Short drive to see turtles with guide. Excellent sunset restaurant called Coyol a 30 minute steep drive away but worth it. Sangregado is an excellent base.

Every room had lovely views

We loved the ambiance- listening to the animals in the mornings while sitting on the balcony was our favorite part. The rooms are large and clean. Very comfortable.

We did lose power one night due to a storm, but the staff was quick to provide us another room next door.

The scenery was gorgeous, there was wildlife roaming around the property, the staff was phenomenal and the property is steps away from the hanging bridges.

There was quite a bit of road noise which started fairly early in the morning.

The property was absolutely beautiful. The villas must have some of the best views of Arenal volcano in the whole town. The location is tucked away from the main strip and all of the other tourist lodges, making it feel unique and secluded. Falling asleep to the forest sounds is so serene. The place is right across the street from Mistico Hanging Bridges and a short drive from all attractions. I recommend renting a car for your trip, as a taxi/Uber would be inconvenient and the flexibility is worth it. The roads are all great, though getting to the lodge can be a little steep and winding (nothing bad though). Floor to ceiling windows in the shower is a unique touch. The staff is very nice and the views unmatched.

More pros than cons, but the only things that could be improved is 1) the amenities 2) the breakfast location. There is not really a place to “hang out” outside of your villa. No resort type amenities, which was totally fine with us. Just don’t come with that expectation. Also, breakfast is a short ride/walk up the road which can be a little inconvenient if you like to roll out of bed and walk right to breakfast. Also, the place is in the forest. With floor to ceiling windows and all of that privacy, you may find a few bugs make their way in. However, this did not bother us and was expected in such a wooded area.

it was beautiful all the way around, secluded perfect bungalows, tucked away in the rainforest, but the view was the most spectacular part. All day long perfect view of the volcano.

Incredible location, the rooms felt like they were built on treetops, providing amazing views of the Arenal volcano and the jungle. We arrived there after a long flight and drive and Francesco’s welcome was warm and friendly, we instantly felt that they would take good care of us! He offered us some cold coconuts as a refreshment and helped with all our questions upon check-in and even later through WhatsApp. The room had all needed amenities and probably one of the best bathtub views I’ve ever seen. A huge plus was the room’s great insulation - even though the room is between trees and on top of the jungle, no bugs got in which was a first during our trip in Costa Rica. I loved how in the nature surrounding the houses we were able to spot a sloth, a white-nosed coati and some colibiris!

Our hammock/ swing was missing upon arrival cause previous guests damaged it. However the team, managed to bring us a new one from the other room early in the morning, so I guess that’s also a positive!

Incredible views, comfortable pretty rooms, exceptional staff who made the experience wonderful.
