When I called room service to ask for a plate and a set of cutlery , the response was as we don’t do that and you have to come and get it yourself. Really poor service . Is it Radisson after all or some 2-3 start hotel that has no room service ?

Very pleasant hotel in proximity of the airport. Super friendly staff. Excellent restaurant and very tasty breakfast. We had a great experience a year before and decided to come back.

I had a non smoking room, but it must have been converted from a previously smoking room, because I could still smell the cigarette smoke which must have permeated the curtains.

Gute Lage in 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Flughafen erreichbar. Freundliches, mehrsprachiges Personal. Frühstück frisch und mit viel Auswahl.

Restaurant gefühlt recht teuer.

The rooms are fine in a modern minimalism style. The hotel is very clean. The beds are comfy. Showers are walk in with plenty of toiletries available.

They don’t provide a shuttle to an airport that is located only 500 meter away. Being it so close I opted to walk, but the sidewalk toward the hotel was not cleaned well, so it was quite a challenge to drag my roller suitcase through the snow.

Very good location near the airport and very stylish, clean and comfortable room.

No mini fridge in the room. The pillow was very thin

Не хватало подушек , одной мало на человека , и небыло ложечки для обуви

Близко от аэропорта – пешком. Рядом Икея, где можно вкусно поесть. Еще рядом большой торговый центр. Завтрак отличный, очень хороший. Персонал очень приятный. Семейный номер большой и удобный.

Дороговато, но своих денег стоит, вероятно.

Просторный номер, большая удобная кровать, хорошая большая ванная комната, чисто и уютно. Хороший завтрак.

Ресторан при гостинице имеет небогатое на выбор меню, нет воды в номере.

Duvets were too warm. Bar was closed at 2300hrs.

The room is clean, quiet, comfortable bed mattresses, you can hear you neighbours only from the bathroom. not far away from the airport, took me 10 minutes of walking from the Vilnius airport. Overall is a very good place to stay if you need a hotel near the airport.

No minibar in the room.

The perfect place to stay at Vilnius Airport. I've stayed here often and will continue to do so. Safe, clean, and walking distance from the airport.

When I take a shower, I have to be careful that the water on the floor does not run over all in the bathroom & eventually to the room. Should have been something on the floor to prevent water splashing outside the bathroom
