When we first arrived we thought we were staying in an apartment block but it’s situated on ground floor level
Parking is selective but available and cheap
2 doors away is a bakery 3 doors away is a convenience store. Beach is 2 minutes walk and bars and restaurants 3 minutes away

A great location close to the front of Santander for walking along the Parada. Very near to shopping and the main restaurant streets. Great to have Netflix especially if you are not a Spanish native.
