Location was very good, pool was lovely.

The bed was too firm.

Perfect location with plenty of restaurants close by. Weather was fabulous so got to choose between pool and beach. Both were amazing.

very good location near to restaurants,bars,shops, beach, it’s own well maintained pool. The staff to the resort were very helpful and went out of their way to help.

originally didn’t have WiFi but with a lot of cajoling from on site staff and customers it was put in. Although it’s range is limited, the Seashells Wi-Fi is far superior and offers films. It’s advertised for longer term stays - needs full sized fridge and freezer. we stayed for a month and the policy of only thoroughly cleaning at end of stay has to change, needs vacuuming at least once a week. A walk in shower is needed, climbing into a bath is most unsatisfactory and dangerous. Dishwasher is very poor would not remove sun cream or lipstick.

Rooms were spacious, clean and balcony was lovely to sit in the sun.

The bed was uncomfortable and it was unmade on our arrival.The duvet was without a quilt cover and there were no fitted sheet on the mattress which left the mattress to be exposed.Linen used for bedding was low grade.The flooring in the entry and kitchen was sticky to walk over which felt discussing.

The price and value

The check in and check out were extra step I'd prefer not to have done. Having to go someone where else to collect the keys and then find the accommodation was not explained ahead of booking - and I wouldn't have booked if I knew this. The worse thing was the name of the accommodation on my booking was not the name of the actual building and there was no clear address, so I ended up driving around looking for the name of a venue that didn't exist. I tried to call the after hours mobile number for assistance and no one picked up. Check out was the same thing - I had to return the key to the locked box at a different location but wasn't told what the code would be. However I was told that I'd be fined if I didn't return the keys. I checked out at 6am and again contacted the mobile number and never heard back. Very poor experience and would not be recommending this to anyone.

king bed, spacious, great location

the shower screen has s too short and the floor gets completely wet and you spend so much time mopping up with towels. There was no wifi as this apartment is in privately owned and doesn’t link in with the hotel wifi.

Everything perfect except bed. The rest was exceptional

The bed was really hard and we both have bad backs. It made our backs quite sore. Suggest mattress toppers to soften
