We enjoyed our stay at Bungalow at Bishop Beach. The communication with the owner was great. The house was adorable and very clean. Very friendly and accommodating! The house was very close to the middle of town and walking distance to the grocery store. We would have loved to try Two Sister's Bakary next door, but sadly it was closed the two days we were there.If we are ever back in Homer, this will be where we stay for sure!

great place to stay on Bishop beach. Love that some of the trees were taken down around the property so that you can see the beach and marsh better.

We absolutely loved this property! Convenient and perfect! We could walk to town, the beach, or sit and watch the sea. It was cozy and perfect!

This was a great place to stay :) the location was on point. Anything you needed was there and available. only suggestion I would make is that curtains be put up in the loft area, when kids see the sun come up they think its time to wake up and in Alaska summers are hard for that :)

Everyone had a great time. Spent most of our time on the spit fishing. Also went deep sea fishing on a chartered boat for two days. Caught some great fish. :) Thanks for everything

This was a perfect place for our group of 5. Conveniently located by the beach and not far from the important amenities in town. The check-in/out process was simple and communication with the host was great! The only thing I didn’t like was that check out is at 10am; which is a little bit on the earlier side. However, I did know this upon booking. That wouldn’t deter me from staying here again though. Overall, a great place to stay if you are visiting Homer.

This rental was in a great location, close to the beach and also to a bird preserve where we saw a family of cranes, as well as being a walk or a short drive from plenty of good eating options. Would recommend.

Hope to stay here every time in the future so enjoy it but just don't steal my dates ;) Great location, very cozy, comfy, enjoyable, and efficiently used space in this cottage. Had everything we could want and more. Thank you Connie for the fresh peonies that greeted our arrival, too!

Connie was easy to communicate with and very accommodating when we needed to adjust our check-in time. Our four kids enjoyed collecting rocks from the nearby beach, and then spent hours painting them on the big deck out back. We highly recommend a stop at The Homer Bookstore to stock up on art supplies and books during your visit too. We have many sweet memories of our time at the Bungalow. Love our time in Homer each year! This was our first time staying near Bishop Beach. Great location and cute property. Bonus that we could have out dog with us!

Tons of charm, lots of fun old books and games. Everything worked and was clean. House is old, but that fits the neighborhood. Less than a minute walk to Bishops beach and Sisters Bakery, short walk to Safeway and Fat Olives. Our second stay.

We loved staying at Connie’s place. Beautiful art greeted us as soon as we walked in. The view outside is wonderful, as is the beauty inside.

This was our second time staying, as a family of 5. We had a fantastic time. The cabin has plenty of sleeping and eating space, interesting books and decor to look at, wonderful views and so close to the beach and Two Sisters bakery. Checkin/out was easy. I'm sure we will stay again next year.

Great little cottage on the beach in Homer with the best views of the bay and of the mountains and glaciers beyond. It was most definitely a cold, snowy and blustery weekend, but we were warm and cozy inside, enjoying mulled wine and hot coffee. Playing games (lots to choose in The cottage). A delicious New Years Eve dinner at AJs and fireworks on the spit, and New Year’s Day we made chicken and dumplings in the most excellent appointed kitchen . It was a bit of a trick finding switch for garbage disposal, but we turned it into a game and prevailed!! The bedrooms are small, but with a view on the world not to be forgotten!! VERY comfortable mattresses that we woke up extremely refreshed !! I loved all of the interesting books and we even got down the telescope and did some stargazing. All in all it was a beautiful spot to ring in our New Year!!

We stayed at the Bishop's Beach Bungalow for Christmas. The location is wonderful, and the views stunning!

This was property was perfect. Right on Bishop's Beach and neighbors with the 2 Sisters Bakery. Home was equipped with all our needs. Beds were very comfortable. My only concern was one room had an elevated bed (I'm sure to see the views), would not be super safe for some of our guests. Connie was a very communicative and we were able to access the property very easily. Thank you for providing a great place in Homer!!

We loved this house and it’s location was awesome! The beach is gorgeous and we spent hours walking and looking at rocks. The house itself had everything we needed! It is adorable! The property manager made sure we were cared for and even helped us after an earthquake and tsunami warning. They really went above and beyond. The photos of this house don’t do it justice. It is lovely!

This house was perfect for exploring and enjoying the Homer area! Everything you need is provide and the location can’t be beat! We were very comfortable here! Would love to come back next summer!

The place was very clean and nice. The curtains didn't completely cover the windows that face the beach parking lot. Pots and pans were minimal as were basic supplies (salt, pepper, oil etc). Place was nice but on the more rustic side. The washer/dryer was a plus. Did get to see a moose with 2 calves walk right next to the porch :)

We stayed at this property for a family wedding. The location is perfect, and direct access to Bishop's Beach was a quick two-minute walk. The deck was enjoyed by all, including steak on the grill. It felt just like home. Thank you, Connie, for making our stay very comfortable and welcoming.

The location of the bungalow couldn't be better. We walked the beach numerous times in our short stay. Had all the amenities we needed as a family of 7.

What a wonderful time we had! Location next to the beach and a bakery, and surrounded by walking paths, and so close to cute little stores, was perfect. We loved sitting in the sun on the deck, walking the boardwalk, and falling asleep with a view of the beach from our raised bed. Already planning when we can go back.
