We are a large group that was attending a horse show at GMHA. This house was able to fit us all and it was nice having our own bathrooms! Loved the large kitchen where everyone had a seat. Overall great experience! The owner of the house is delightful and easy to work with!

We held our 22nd annual family reunion at this lodge June 22-29, 2024. All in all, it was a great choice we made – the lodge is one of the best venues we have ever rented. When we arrived, we found everything in order and very clean. Having as many rooms and bathrooms as it has, it provided very comfortable accommodations for our group of 19 people (17 adults + 2 15-year-olds). In addition, we enjoyed in very much its great room with huge TV screen bar and fireplace, the huge eating area in the kitchen, the basement game rooms, the outside grills, two large hot tubs and the huge yard area (that provided plenty of space for ball games and other outside games). The lodge provides sufficient linens and towels (including towels for the hot tubs). It was also nice to find plenty of dishwasher detergent pods, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, Keurig coffee, sweeteners, and many condiments and spices in one of the kitchen cabinets. Bathrobes in all the bedrooms add a very nice touch that one only finds in high-end hotels. The location is very convenient to the many activities available at Killington as wells as the nearby areas of beautiful Vermont mountains. If you enjoy hiking and mountain biking, this place is ideal. The nearby towns of Woodstock and Bridgewater also offer a number of historically interesting and beautiful locations to visit.
Kristi is a friendly host who communicated very well with us via VRBO messages as well as phone calls and text messages.

This is a great property for large groups. A former lodge with great space for large gathering together and individual rooms with baths. Host exceptional my responsive and gracious. I highly recommend this property!

Our friends and pups had a great stay at the lodge. We had so much fun we all talked about making it an annual trip. Lodge was clean, rooms were great, host were fantastic and easy to work with, couldn’t ask for more!

This property had everything we need for a family gathering! 14 adults and five children. Was super convenient that each bedroom had their own bathroom! And the living room was plenty big enough for us all to hang out! Will definitely come back!

This spot was incredible. It was perfect for our big group of 18. We honestly didn't even need to leave the property to have a good time. 10/10 would recommend and will look to rent this spot in the winter for a ski trip.

We rented the property for a team retreat. Plenty of bedrooms and room to spread out for workshops. House was clean and well maintained! It was easier to cook for all of us in the kitchen than we thought it would be. The owner was extremely helpful and responsible!

I rented this property for a get-together with my friends from all over the country for my 40th birthday. The house was fantastic - we loved the kitchen, the bedrooms were comfortable and the hot tubs were a big hit. Since we visited during the off season we ended up hanging out at the house most of the time (hiking trails were muddy, restaurants were closed) but we didn’t mind at all. Great spot - we would love to go again

Really enjoyed my stay here. Comfortably stayed with 18 others. We didn't leave the house for a full day and a half, still had plenty to keep busy inside and outside. 5 minutes away from the base of the mountain. Great local food as well!

This is the second time we have stayed at Kristin's property. The space is huge and can accommodate many guests. What we particularly like is that each room has its own bathroom. The home is right near the mountain which makes it ideal for skiing. Both the check-in and check-out processes were straightforward and easy. I would highly recommend Kristin and the property!

Our plans got foiled because of hurricane Ian. So, we had to find a place last minute for my husband's family birthday party. We didn't find a place we found a GEM. This house was perfect for everyone. Tons of room and parking and the Great room was very big to accommodate everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and seated everyone.
We are going to book again for next year for a Family reunion.

This property is the perfect mountain retreat. Conveniently located near Killington's best restaurants, the golf course, mountain base, there's no shortage of things to do. There are plenty of rooms and beds for a large group and each room had its own bathroom.
Kristin was a exceptionally responsive and helpful.
Look forward to booking again during the winter months!

This is our second year staying at Highline Lodge and we loved it, again! The property went through some great updates including air conditioning throughout the lodge which was amazing (especially with the heat this summer)! And we loved the new hot tubs and extra bedrooms! Kristin is so wonderful to communicate with and quick to respond! If you are looking for a large group rental, do not hesitate to book this property!

Everyone enjoyed the spacious great room and bar, and the large kitchen offered plenty of seating and room for meal preparations. The lodge’s multiple bedrooms with private bathrooms were clean and comfortable, and its two outdoor hot tubs and downstairs game room were big hits. The lodge’s housekeeper was very responsive to the few questions we had during our stay. We would highly recommend the lodge to anyone planning a large-group get-together. We had a wonderful time!

Perfect place for our large group ski trip
We all enjoyed this property very much. The great room/bar was literally where we lived when we weren't on the slopes. There was lots of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a coffee bar set up that included everything you could possibly need - we all loved that! The game room was a big hit, too. Proximity to the slopes was fantastic. There was a shuttle at the bottom of the road but we just drove each day. Parking was easy and we had no problems at all. After a substantial snowfall someone plowed the whole parking area, which we were very thankful for. And, lastly, Kristin was extremely helpful after we left. One of our group lost an item and Kristin checked the house for us right away - really over and above and, again, was greatly appreciated. Thank you Kristin!!

We spent a good portion of the weekend at the house enjoying all that the house has to offer, including the large living room / bar area and the 20-person hot tub. We also spent an entire day at the Killington Adventure Center, which is only 5 minutes away, enjoying the zip lines, mountain coaster, etc. The house was extremely comfortable for 20 people and I would happily stay there again!

Great house in a good part of the town. The house itself is spectacular. Bathrrooms in every bedroom is great.. Amazing great room and kitchen. House is very well stocked. Kids loved the play room downstairs. The patio was great.. Pool was small but warm and kids had fun. 4pm check in and 10 am checkout were slightly inconvenient, but understandable given high turnover and required cleaning times. Ample parking outside. A lot of great nearby restaurants. Overall a 5 star experience. Can't wait to go back in the fall and the winter.
