The condo needs updated, the windows and shades are in bad shape, all the trim is beat up, the entry door does not close because the carpet is to thick. Takes 5 min for the shower water to warm up, the dishwasher does not work. Xfinity TV provider is frustrating because they have limited channels, but shows the channels then you find out you need a subscription for anything you want to watch which is not provided. Will not be staying in unit again.

The extensive onsite recreation center was an unexpected bonus : gym, sauna, steam room, hot tubs, pool, billiards, teen lounge, arcade games, fire pit, and screening room for guests only. This made up for the compact size of the room. Fabulous views and PRIME location. Thank you!

We rented from VRBO three years ago in the same ski in ski out condo. This time there was no parking included like we had last time. There were no places to park in the 15 minute unload zone so the parking attendant told us we could park in the paid parking while we unloaded. When we came out to move our car to the only overnight parking available for Breckenridge which was 2 miles away we had a $77 parking ticket. The Peak 9 Inn originally told us they would take care of the parking ticket but when they found out which unit we were staying in, they said it was not one of their units, and so there was nothing they could do for us. The last morning of our stay we were locked out of our room and the room key wouldn’t work. It took an hour and a half for the rental company to get a maintenance man over to unlock the door. The front desk said they did not have any way to let us in since they did not own this particular unit. We would not stay here again.

Love this location, so close to the quicksilver lift and a short walk to main street. Solid and clean accommodations. Nothing fancy needed when you spend your entire day on the slopes!

The cabin was absolutely spotless! Everyone had their own space. My son loved the dart board and Game Cube system. There were yummy snacks to enjoy for us and for my service dog Piper. They thought of everything if you have a pet/service dog staying with you. Food/water bowl, poop bags, lint roller, sheets to protect the couch, etc.
The master shower was wonderful and hot! They even provided laundry detergent packs!
The owner is so thoughtful in having everything you could need. Plus, she was wonderful with communication.
We look forward to staying here again.

Overall the stay here was very pleasant. The location is perfect with access to everything the mountain and village has to offer. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Our only issue was with the shower which had a broken hot/cold diverter, but management was quick to address the issue when we brought it to their attention. My only complaint would be that apparently this was an issue that was mentioned/reviewed by previous guests and it wasn't addressed prior to our arrival.

Amazing Location & Views
This property was perfect - right in the heart of the Villages in Breckenridge with big windows that looked right out on the mountains. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The front desk team was very friendly and helpful when I needed information. I will definitely be recommending to friends and will definitely be back myself!

Nice little condo. Great view of the mountains, multiple large hot tubs and heated pool. Kitchen well equipped, sofa bed comfortable. Overnight parking is about a 10 minute walk to the Ice Rink Lot. Free busses stop right by condo on Park Street.

Even when I checked the location for this property, I didn't realize how ideally it is situated. This unit is located in Peak 9 Inn at The Villages of Breckenridge, and is steps from the lift, ticket office, ski school, 4 ski gear rental shops and town. The view from the unit is great and we watched the sunlight wash over the mountain tops each morning.
There are so many great things about this unit, however, it needs maintenance and updating, The mattress on the bed is so sunken in the middle and was uncomfortable for 2 people to sleep, you felt you were sleeping on an incline. The first night our son slept on the pull out sofa, the sheets were too small for the mattress, and the mattress cover was stained. The remaining nights he slept on the sofa without pulling out the bed, which wasn't comfortable. There is carpet in the bathroom sink area and has a large rust stain. The towel bars apparently have to be repaired frequently, because there are patch marks on the wall that haven't been painted over and one of them fell off when we removed a towel hanging on the bar. The decor is very dated, not a big deal, but the stained carpet and mattress cover, bedding and throw pillows made the unit feel like a motel. There are small, easy things the owner can do to better maintain this unit because it feels neglected, especially for the price we paid.
We had a wonderful time in Breck, loved the location and view of this unit, but were disappointed with some of the comforts and neglected maintenanace and dated decor.

Ultimately, the lack of parking was a huge inconvenience as the only overnight parking was in Airport lot, requiring the use of buses, which did not run reliably. It was such an ordeal that I almost just went home on my final day instead of skiing because it took so much time and effort to take multiple buses to get my car, return to the unit to load my belongings, then re park the car and get to the slopes from there. It eliminated the convenience of the location on my final day of skiing.

My family of four really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was perfect and close to good dining, shopping and the free bus transportation. The pull out couch was a nice big size and the temperature in the place was easy to control and stayed warm even though it was freezing outside. The views out of the kitchen and the family room were really pretty. The pictures do not do the kitchen justice as it was bigger than I expected. I would like to suggest more clarity with the parking. It is not just street parking you have to find. The parking lots close to the condo are closed from 2 AM to 6 AM so you have to park 2.4 miles away in a remote lot and then catch a bus back. We got used to dropping off our luggage and then going to park the car and then bringing the bus back but I was not prepared in advance. I wish this would have been more clear in the description. Other than the parking situation we were VERY happy with the place, location, views and well-stocked kitchen. Thank you so much for having us!

Absolutely LOVED this condo. It was clean, comfortable, conveniently located right at the bottom of Peak 9. We felt right at home. The condo made us feel right at home. The owner is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We will def stay here again
